Casa O is an 3,440 square foot 4 bedroom, beachfront condo in Hacienda de Mita within the Four Season Punta Mita Resort. Located on the 3rd floor, on the sandy beach, right in front of a Malibu style surf break, and adjacent to the famed Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico Golf Course. Multiple swimming pools surround the complex and the Pacific Ocean is just steps away. 'Casa O' is Interior Designer owned and decorated. It has been described by Punta Mita Realtors as stunning, beautiful, the nicest home in Hacienda de Mita. Ocean front house was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We had plenty of space in the unit, and the food cooked by the Teresa daily was wonderful. We felt spoiled. Amazing views and very relaxing.
Access to all the different beach clubs was great. We also did a trip to the nearby islands to snorkel which was super fun. Additionally, it’s right next to the gate to town with a bunch of restaurants we enjoyed.
Highly recommend this unit. Owner, concierge and staff were all Wonderul.

Casa O was the best place for my family of 6. Plenty of space, service (food and housekeeping) was amazing, and we loved the variety of all the beach clubs. Will definitely return.

Could not have picked a better place to stay than Casa-O. Everyone was fantastic, from our concierge Max who booked our eco-snorkeling excursion and in-suite massages, to Teresa who prepared delicious meals to Antonio who transported everyone safely to and from the airport and finally to our host Dennis for providing everything we could possibly need. The condo itself was beautiful and close to town. The golf cart was well-used transporting our group to and from the various beach clubs that come with the elevated memberships Casa-O provides. Would definitely stay again!

Let me start by saying that the online photos does not do enough justice for Casa O! This property is so beautiful and well-decorated. The views and location are optimal. I had family fly in from the east coast and they were blown away as well. Truly a great place to stay and can't wait to return. The communication with Dennis and Max was great! You will love this property!

What an incredible vacation & Casa O was perfect for our family 5 adults & 2 children. Our concierge Max was great and the housekeep & Cook were fantastic. The views and location of Casa O can’t be beat. The beach clubs offered the perfect variety of things for our family to do. Between beach hangs and pool time.

Our stay at Casa O far exceeded our expectations!
Our transportation arrived as promised. Max, the property manager, met us upon our arrival at Casa O. The cook and housekeeper, Teresa, cooked us an amazing breakfast and lunch. It was a nice touch to be greeted with chips, and freshly made salsa and guacamole. The condo was well-appointed and felt like home. The town of Punta de Mita is a short stroll from the condo (our favorite restaurant was La Rustica). It was extremely convenient to have a grocery store (el Mercado) and pharmacy in such close proximity to the condo. The visits to the beach clubs were fun (Kupuri was our favorite). Dinners at the St. Regis and Four Seasons were a nice change of pace and a great opportunity to see what other properties are like. Surf lessons were easy to book (we did it in town as they gave large group discounts). By far, our favorite thing to do was to sit on the patio and watch the surfers. When you're right on the ocean there is so much beauty to be admired. Thank you Casa O for an outstanding and memorable vacation!

Stayed at Caso O the week of Memorial Day; Punta Mita was very quiet compared to when were last there on this same weekend three years ago and we practically had the beach clubs and restaurants to ourselves this time.
We have been to Hacienda de Mita several times over the years but this was our first stay at Casa O and it did not disappoint. Property is as advertised; the owners and management were on top of things and our cook and maids were exceptional. Patio overlooking the beach from the third floor stayed relatively cool and breezy and we spent many late afternoons lounging there watching the paddle boarders and fishing boats before dinner.
Overall another great experience at Hacienda de Mita and Caso O is a great option if you are looking to go.

We were so comfortable here and absolutely loved watching the sunrise from the patio. The view was amazing and being so close to other accessible beach clubs was really fun. I would highly recommend staying here and would Love to come back in the future!

Our stay at Casa O was amazing. Everything was exactly as described. The location was amazing - right on the ocean, literally next door to the gate to walk to town, and central within the Punta Mita walls to make an easy golf cart ride anywhere we wanted. The housekeeper and cook, Teresa, was wonderful. We were unsure about a condo/villa vs staying in a hotel, but this far exceeded our expectations and we will be looking to book again soon.

Casa O is a spectacular home. Incredible location with fantastic ocean views, and easy walking access to all the restaurants in Punta de Mita as well as all the amenities on the Punta Mita resort. The home is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a luxury vacation. And all topped off with great service from the owner, and onsite team. Highly recommend. We'll plan on staying there again for sure.

We loved Casa O and Punta Mita. More than we could have hoped for! The house was perfect for our crew of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone loved Theresa’s cooking! We loved all the different beach clubs and the restaurants in town. Everything was wonderful. Truly a gem of a spot.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful vacation property. Located on a stunning, peaceful beach surrounded by beautiful infinity edge pools, it is a serene destination for sure. Perfectly suited for a large family or two couples and kids. The beds were so comfortable and boasted beautiful, high-end bedding. The porch is spectacular and perfect for reading and chatting and resting. My favorite spot was the outdoor bed; no better place for napping. Teresa is an amazing cook. Our meals were delicious and really the best food we had anywhere. She kept our house tidy, and our bed made each day. Just an overall wonderful experience!

The condo was open and airy with great views of the beach and ocean. Both master bedrooms were spacious and the 3rd bedroom with the 2 double beds was great for our kids. The staff was attentive and chef’s meals were fantastic.

This was the first time we have visited Punta Mita and it did not disappoint. The condo was absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. Theresa made some of the best food we have ever had and was such a joy to work with. Dennis helped answer all of our questions along the way and was a wonderful owner to work with. We just returned from Casa O and it was wonderful. Max (property manager) and Theresea (housekeeper and cook) were fantastic and always one step ahead of us. The owner kept us updated prior to the visit. I can't say enough about Punta Mita - it was our first time. Everything we could ask for! Great concierge service, chef, housekeeper, views, pool, ocean! Access to all the beach clubs, all were fantastic. We loved cruising around in the golf cart, felt 100 percent safe with the security gates and guards. Loved our little walks into town to all the great restaurants and coffee shops. We had 3 couples for 5 days at Casa O - and everything was perfect. This condo is perfectly located with pool and beach access as well as easy golf cart drives around the area to restaurants, beach clubs, golf course etc. Really could not have been better!

Fun for everyone!
The condo itself is beautiful and spacious enough for all guests to have room to relax. The grounds around the condo and the whole community are lush and well kept and we loved touring the grounds in our golf cart. The pool and beach are literally right outside and wonderful. The security was outstanding and we felt safe at all times. But the best part was Teresa, our housekeeper and cook - she was a pleasure to have around and made the most delicious food. The negatives are: bugs in the kitchen, construction noise during the day, and restricted access to the fitness center.

This property was absolutely wonderful! Beautifully decorated and fabulous location! Rodolpho was wonderful and took care of all our needs. Teresa not only cleaned our place daily (and made our beds), but she also made us the most delicious breakfasts! We will miss her! The owner is also very attentive and communicative if you have any questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested!

Exceptionally well cared for place in ideal location
We’ve stayed in a number of different condos in the Hacienda de Mita complex. Casa O is the best of them. The decor is beautiful and interesting. The place is very well equipped for a group of 6-8 people. Everything works well and in the rare case where it doesn’t, the staff are on it like a high end hotel. And the location is ideal for walking into town or surfing out front.

Excellent stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the lovely property! It was beautiful and in great condition. But, it is really the concierge staff and Tere (the housekeeper) who make it so terrific. She is a fantastic cook and was so lovely--can't say enough about her! And the concierge really made a big difference, helping to prep for our stay and then taking care of anything we needed while there. The whole area is really lovely. The beach club access is great, but they book up super fast right now (not sure if this is partially Covid) so there were times we were told they were full so if those are important to you (and they likely are because the beach out front is not really a sandy swimming beach) then get there early or try to reserve ahead. We loved The Surf Club most. Also, pretty good snorkeling right out front of the condo. It was a really great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay!
This is a great property in Punta Mita. This is the best located of the Hacienda de Mita properties, right next to the beach club, a short walk from the town entrance, and right on the beach. The room is very nicely appointed, and the cook who helped us was superb. This is a great choice.
