It was clean, we had everything we needed.
The tv could not get any channels because there was no antenna cable. Nevertheless youtube was working and if I has a netflix account i would have been able to watch movies. Of course we didn’t go there for the TV.

The property and the pool were very clean, the accomodation was quiet and peaceful and we got given late checkout at no extra cost :)
No staff on site to communicate issues with and a bit far from the old town and supermarkets. Still walkable distance.

- three heated pools. These were an absolute life saver with a small child.
- the look of the complex had a real holiday feel.
- our apartment had a hedged-off patio that led straight onto the upper (and in my opinion better) pool. All the apartments had a patio or balcony from what I can tell.
- the apartment was very spacious, air conditioned and perfectly suited our needs. Provided travel cot and bedding upon request.
- location is a residential area about 25 mins walk from Kato Paphos and same distance to old town. This was a good thing from our point of view but if you wanted to be very close to all the action, could be seen as a bad thing. Good supermarket 10 mins walk away.
- had to call to get Wi-Fi which messed up our itinerary first two days (we feel internet has completely superseded guide books). I dont know if this is a policy or whether there was an issue with the internet provider? Given it was resolved within seconds of our call first thing Monday morning, I get the impression it was the former?
It's very much a Mon-Fri operation. There is an emergency number for out of office hours and there is security 24/7 who we had to collect our key from on the Saturday evening by phone, although nobody in the complex had a clue where they were based. Half way through our stay, a 'Blue Orange' sign was erected above one of the doors making it more clear that that was where you might need to go for reception/security related enquiries.

The apartment was well equipped and lovely & spacious. If you wanted to have some time in and cook for yourselves or get out of the sun for an afternoon, it's definitely not just a place to sleep.
The pool area is absolutely fantastic, there are a few jacuzzi style sections with jets and a balcony feature from the top pool down to the lower one. The bottom pool was half full when we were there but the top pool was constantly full to the top and is a big pool on its own. We did visit in late September/October so wondered if the lower pool would be more full in high season. As it was this wasn't a problem at all as both pools were still accessible, just the top one was more full. If anything it meant the lower area was quieter for sunbathing :)
The apartment was cleaned mid week once (may have been twice, I'm not completely sure) but this was fine for us as we didn't feel like we were expecting the cleaners each morning. All in all a fantastic stay, we definitely want to return! 😍
There aren't really any English channels on the TV as such, the odd subtitled film/programme, but can't really see that being a problem - the WiFi was fine so I imagine you can stream if you need to :)
