It was not our first visit and won’t be our last.

The location and view were exceptional. Not only did we have a balcony overlooking the lake but we had 3 other double windows that opened. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of charging outlets.

The showers was a little small but water pressure good.

views were great, host was super nice, helped get our bags in and met up late at night! was clean and tidy, breakfast was at the cafe at the waterfront and good food/drinks. good communication and experience overall.

The bed wasnt as comfortable as we like, little lumpy and the pillows were ok. Coffee maker and coffee inside the unit were not good. no sugar or creamer available.

Excellent Host, Sina is the BEST!

Apartment is beyond excellent. Put your utmost expectations, it’ll pass. Very spacious, really high quality facilities and an amazing view, remarkable location. Also, Sina the Apartment Manager is one of the best host i’ve ever met. He is like your very close family member, supporting at all times, always available at whatsapp. Highly recommend this property, highly recommend Sina. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS EXCELLENT STAY.

Best place and best host in Varenna!

The view was unbelievable! We were located in the prettiest section of Varenna. Our host went above and beyond with every request. I can’t recommend this booking enough! You will be blown away.

Wonderful accommodation with stunning views and an exceptional property manager

This is the best location in Varenna with a wonderful view of the Lake. The property manager, Sina, was exceptional, he was so helpful during our stay with booking restaurants and helping us with our bags. The room is spacious and wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in Varenna with perfect location!

We really loved the apartment. You cannot get a better location in Varenna. The view was fabulous. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Sina made out stay perfect. Breakfast just downstairs out front door, along with gelato! We will return! Thank you, Sina.

Lovely apartment, attentive hosts.

Great location, fabulous views. Comfortable and private.

No oven or microwave in kitchen. No iron. Difficult to do our washing. Not easy to buy groceries to self cater, even basics like milk.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Nothing but amazing things to say about our stay! Great view, comfortable and spacious room, and right in the heart of the downtown area. The breakfast included from the nearby cafe was also delicious. We will be sure to book this place again when we come back to Varenna!

Perfect location in the heart of Varenna.

Excellent location. Wide variety of great breakfast options from Bar Il Molo included in the price. Wonderful view of Lake Como from balcony. Other towns easily accessible by short ferry rides. Leandro was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with.

Floors were not clean. Air conditioner struggled to cool the loft bedroom.

Highly recommend - would love to come back.

Location, location, location. And fab breakfast next door with really helpful friendly staff. Lovely air conditioning - essential on a very hot weekend. Host met us with keys, and offered to help with taxis etc. Altogetherexcellent.

Varenna was lovely. Ferry service is excellent. Some very good local restaurants.

excellent location, balcony, and view. Comgg go or table bed and couch.

satellite tv did not work at all. They promised to fix it but never did. Would have been nice to have it working. Internet functioned but very weak and slow. Needs improvement, especially for the price paid.

Views, views and more views. Lovely Lake Como was a bit noisy for us.

Amazing view, loved the look of the apartment, stylish. Good bathroom. Lovely, helpful staff who showed their concern about a lost bag. Party atmosphere.

I know we were warned that it was over a bar/restaurant but we went ahead anyway. How bad could it be? First night the patrons downstairs stayed until 1am and then the staff cleaned up, moved tables, called out to one another etc. On the second night it was a little quieter as the weather was cooler. We stayed on a holiday weekend so the crowds were pretty big, hard to get a table for a meal. Book ahead. Luckily the staff downstairs looked after us as far as a table for dinner was concerned. If you are night owls you would love this.

Exceptional

If you're looking for the best view of Lago di Como and want to stay in a fairytale, then dont hesitate to book this! We have stayed all around the USA and this was our first trip to Europe. Varenna was one of over 10 hotels across Europe we stayed at and its by far the best! Do not expect 4 Seasons accommodations but it definitely had 4 Seasons Customer Service! Everything worked exactly how it was suppose to and we will definitely be staying here when we come back no matter what! The food downstairs at Bar II Molo is one of the best Italian food places ive had and i couldn’t believe be how amazing the prices were as well!

perfect location with amazing views

Located perfectly in the heart of Varenna, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were lovely and there was a bar open downstairs with good food and drinks. The apartment is also close to the ferry terminal which is handy. The view from the room is amazing!

Shower head was broken and the air conditioners weren’t working for our first night (they fixed them quickly after we reported it)

Perfect location and best view of Lake Como

The host Leandro was so responsive and helpful. He met us and helped us up with our bags and answered all of our questions, made dinner and taxi reservations for us, and was the perfect host. The location was perfect - you look out the window and see the most beautiful view of Lake Como. And the apartment was right above a gelateria - need I say more?!? Breakfast was also provided by the owner who also owns the restaurant downstairs, and it was delicious. They seriously have the best croissants (cornetti) that I've ever had. And the staff was so nice and gracious. You simply could not find a more perfect location when staying in Varenna.

The location and host couldn't have been more perfect, but the owner could make some tweaks to make the apartment more comfortable and functional for guests. The Ikea bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. They had some automatic lights which went on every time you walked through the hallway, so when my husband got up during the night, the bright light woke me up and there was no way to shut it off. The lighting was very dim in the bathroom so it was difficult to put on makeup. The shower drained very slowly. We had to go out and buy kleenex, shampoo, conditioner and body wash because there was only a tiny container of body wash. We did ask Leandro to bring us more body wash and towels, which he did very quickly, but it would have been nice not to have to go out and buy toiletries that could easily be provided.

Fantastic location but bring your hiking shoes.

Great location but not the easiest to get to with luggage. Very clean. Leandro was kind and helpful. Included breakfast was good fresh fruit was delicious.

Spiral staircase was dangerous especially at night. No toiletries in room which was annoying ie no tissues or soap.

Exceptional

Highest recommendations. The host, Leandro, was so nice and helpful. He arranged dinner reservations for us and when we got stuck in Como because of transportation strike he went out of his way to help us get to Varenna. The apartment was well furnished and the view from the balcony overlooking the lake was beautiful + the bed was super comfy and the breakfast delicious.
