unexpectedly luxurious and comfortable rooms in a historic building with old fashioned vibe . great location at the beginning on Main Street in this hill fort town. Restaurant was much better than expected

Very quaint environs, excellent.

No arrival advice on parking, and how to access parking near hotel. A satnav parking destination would be most helpful, especially to prevent navigating heavy touring motorcycles through the steep, cobbled streets.

lovely stay in this Central historic hotel . The rooms are spacious, warm and comfortable with great staff

central location. nice historic building. Well appointed and spacious. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast

Minor thing but the artificial wooden floor , squeaks and let’s the property down

Beautiful hotel in the centre of town

Beautiful hotel, right in the centre of the town. Quiet rooms. Very comfortable bed with plenty of room and fabulous views from room 302. The rooms had a walk in shower with two shower heads, one wall mounted and one rain fall shower head on the ceiling. The lift was very useful as the internal stairs are solid stone and quite high. The original features are gorgeous. It's a really lovely hotel and I would recommend it highly.

Everything was comfortable and we would definitely return to this hotel!

The room was beautiful with a wonderful view and very comfortable bed. Very clean! We rented e-bike (high quality and new model Trek bikes) and the staff was helpful and enthusiastic about helping us get out and about on them.

Central and comfortable hotel to discover an extraodinary example of a Gothic city!

The hotel is super cute and its location is perfect. We got a room with views and it was totally worth it! Near the hotel there are many bars and restaurants. The castle and medieval walls are within walking distance from the hotel. Nice staff members and very clean. We parked the car in the public carpark which is like 5-minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend to anyone the hotel, great value for money.

A wonderful first visit to Morelia and the Cardinal Ram

lovely old building conveniently located in Morelia. Very clean with helpful staff

it’s an absolute bugger to find in a car and the lack of nearby parking was an issue for my elderly parents in law.

It's in the details

Beautiful facility. So glad there is a restaurant housed within the building because it was pouring rain.

Lighting in the restaurant is really too much. It lacks ambiance because of it.

Beautiful medieval building with outstanding views and central location. Helpful staff

Water for shower between cold and tepid. Could do with another chair in the bedroom plus tissues and better quality toiletries

The location. In the evening there are some cafés next door, under the arcades, where you can have a drink, even when it's raining.

Staff is not very friendly.

Beautiful hotel, lovely town

Pleasant greeting, a lovely old building well located to explore the best part of town. Excellent meal, great value.

No mirror in the room, parking was a hilly walk away at 12 euros/day, in a very tightly spaced car park underground. No help with bags. NB free parking a slightly longer, hilly again, walk away, bags could have been dropped at hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location if you are stating in Morella then this is the hotel

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the beds are excellent. It is a really lovely hotel and its location is great. The reception staff are very friendly and gave us good advice about visiting the castle.

We made the mistake of eating in the hotel restaurant. The food was not good we explained that my husband is coeliac but because we had 3 different people waiting on us we kept on having to explain it and he was served ice cream... fine... but then a biscuit was crumbled on top not fine....

A very interesting place. Comfortable and clean.

Arrived on Sunday so very busy and difficult to park. But not a real problem.
