The Hotel was around ten minutes walk from the rail station. The A.C. worked well

No dislikes other than there being no bar however this is the normal in this part of India.

The worst hotel I have stayed in in India - a rip off

The room was spacious but soooo dirty

Cleanliness terrible. Stained sheets and covers, brown pillows they were so dirty. Bathroom mouldy. Floors not swept, lots of hair everywhere.

When I was book hotel that time I consider as a AC Room But when reach and room allocate we get non AC Give extra payment and upgrade To AC Room No proper Tea is available

Overall pleasant, clean & comfortable but ensure that check-in checkout and room service is improved

The room size, the beds and the cleanliness. The accessibility to all shops and amenities. Peaceful and calm area. Very nice, neat ambience.

Check in and check out time. We had to wait for half hour to check in despite informing that we are in a hurry and booking in advance. we had to attend a wedding and got delayed by 30 mins because room was not ready at 12 and had to be cleaned. It is good to keep the checkout time as 11am and check in time as 12noon, so that there is 1 hour for clearance and cleaning, otherwise guests are made to wait and causes a lot of inconvenience. Please also set up a kitchen so that snacks, or breakfast and tea, coffee can be given promptly and in good quantity. this was not up to expectation.
