Very bad experience
The staff is arrogant especially ganesh
They are trying to charge us more. We booked through booking.com and the property people want more money than what charged in booking.com

Staff especially the person in reception during 19th evening. He doesn't know to talk properly to me as a customer. He is very arrogant.
