Mooie, propere kamer in rustige setting.

Cozy B&B with very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast every morning! Beautiful garden out front and next to a river. Very relaxing place to stay before or after hiking in the mountains, or just to visit Karakol!

Really nice stay here, super relaxing and pleasant and at the same time felt a lot less sterile and more authentic than other places in Karakol. Both our room and the property in general was very expansive and felt nice to be away from the hubbub in the centre of Karakol. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and even provided some equipment to help dry our sodden hiking shoes.

My friend and I spent 5 nights here while in the Karakol area. This place is a gem. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and coffee and tea are always available. The best part is the staff - they are all so nice and helpful. They helped us with laundry, luggage storage, getting extra water, pretty much anything we asked about. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Karakol.
The guesthouse has a couple indoor common areas, a cute flower garden, and is on a quiet dirt road. If you walk around the neighborhood in the evening you'll probably see the neighborhood kids playing in nearby streets. It's about a mile walk to the city center or you can get a taxis for about 50-90 som each way.

Great hosts, good breakfast, we even got breakfast before we left very early for a day of trekking. Comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms.

Beautiful garden & nice breakfast room
Room was insufficiently equipped (no hangers for clothes and towels, no selves, etc.) and there was hardly space for luggage. Staff was rather short of words and explanations regarding our stay.

Quiet and charming place to stay in karakol. The owner is very helpful. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Breakfast is good as well!
The little extra: Jamilya is a very good french speaker

The owner was extremely friendly, very careful and helpful.
The guesthouse is surrounded by a nice garden, and is the perfect place to rest after or before a trek in the mountains.
She speaks French and English fluently and is very easy to talk to.

The loction was nice and a bit remote. Only a few steps away from the center. A quiet place. The breakfast is very nice and nothing was missed. The staff is very helpful and friendly!
Even that I trust the people working there and I could't look my door and the room next to mine couln't even close their door. So that was open and I could hear every word of talking. Addiionally the front door was also impossible to lock. My room and the other room next to mine created the feeling that this is mainly reserverd for drivers and tour-guides of organized tours. Anyhow, this was a bit confusing compare to the homestays and guesthouses I have been in K.
