The full English breakfast was really nice. Fresh fruit was available. The room was very comfortable.
There were no bad points.

We had a great stay at the Sunflower Lodge. A nice welcome on our arrival and there was always a smile whenever you saw Urszula or Maks. The breakfast was very good indeed.

It was well maintained clean and very tidy no issues with the accommodation at all
There was nothing not to like it was just what we wanted for our mini stay the owners were lovely very polite and very professional and very approachable

Lovely friendly hosts, comfortable bedrooms with everything just where you needed it. The hosts had thought of everything.
Delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice.
Great central location as very near to the promenade, and all the amenities.
Will definitely be returning on our next visit.
Unfortunately the next door back yard was a complete eyesore, and it was difficult not to notice when looking out of the window which you would with a sea view room. It didn't spoil the stay, but it's a shame that it lets down the property, as the owners clearly take great pride in theirs.

Nothing I didn’t like

The location was fine. I knew the property was on a busy road, but the room was at the rear of the property and was quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable and thought had been put into the facilities provided.
Only minor, but the breakfast porridge was a little under cooked.

Beautiful room, very clean and fresh, comfy bed, fresh milk in the fridge.
Location was perfect, just a very short walk to the north beach.
Breakfast was good with a buffet table for cereals, yoghurt, fruit & nuts/seeds and options on the cooked menu other than the standard full English.
Owners were pleasant and service was good.
Hard to find anything to fault. The only, tiny, less than perfect aspect was pressure in the shower wasn't great, but it worked.
If you struggle with mobility you might find the stairs up to the rooms difficult.

Warm welcome
Lovely rooms, clean every detail covered _small fridge with fresh milk and fan.
Breakfast amazing. Bacon best I have ever tasted. Served.so hot it was delicious
Hosts couldn't do enough. Wish I had booked for a month..
No problem at all parking. £1 per day. All sorted out for us by Hosts.
Don't want to give it more than 99% because I would like to go regularly and need to keep it a secret!!! Sun flower Lodge thank you.
Tiny suggestion we booked as 3 people but only tables for 2 on offer. We said we are a group of 3 and thought 2 tables would be put together but we were all on a 2 table. Slightly squashed but we managed. Food was excellent.

I loved the Sunflower Inn, everything was neat and tidy, the hosts were lovely and assisted with getting me checked and settled in. The shower was hot and there was a hairdryer available. They even let me wait a bit after I checked out as I had a later train.
It would been nice if breakfast was served till 10 but the host did give me some juice and some toast.

The accommodation was exceptional; it was so clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent quality and the hosts were very helpful. Everything was there should you need it. Parking is behind the property and it was only a 10 minute walk into the town centre. Will definitely return in the future.
Everything was perfect - can't fault a thing

Upgraded room, breakfast and greeting
Room was cold on the evening. Would have been nice to have control of this via thermostat on radiator.

A beautifully clean, friendly hotel within walking distance of the beach and town, plenty of on street parking covered by a residential permit issued by the hotel for free on arrival.
Plenty of local facilities with others of interest a short drive away. Recommend a visit to Flamborough Lighthouse and the Flamborough Fire Festival on New Years Eve. The Puffins are a must see at Bempton Cliffs in the summer.
Dining to suit all pockets with Salt in the harbour for a special occasion and The Floral Pavilion for family friendly everyday dining. Don’t forget to check out The Victorian Mill Tea Rooms in Sawmill Yard for a dog friendly relaxing refreshment stop.
The room was very hot on the first night but ok when we left the windows open.
