Bad experience

The only advantage is the Location close to the theme park

Check in and check out experiences were horrible. Unprofessional staff in dealing with customers. Definitely i will not repeat the stay in this hotel.

I had a very nice experience in Vialand hotel, and it is my second visit to it. The staff are lovely and welcoming also

the fact it has a mall

ATM machines should be installed in the lobby.

Our stay was pleasant and cozy, and we made a happy life memory

It's Attached to the mall and the theme park, convenient for a family holiday

To be fair, we have tried the breakfast buffet only, and the food quality was average or maybe a little below expectations

Everything, this is the fifth time i stayed in this hotel, it's amazing and the stuff are really very kind and helpful. Everything you need is close to you

The theme park mostly close... If you will book and your target is the theme part... Then check if its open first and the times.

Disappointing

The Buffay was horrible The bathroom shower there was have mold was big room wi-Fi it was zero So expensive travel from the airport to the hotel they don’t have a ratio shuttle bus

i am not recommended

just a location near Vialand park

breakfast was disgusting, for this values of the hotel it has to be at least fresh bread and croissants. coffee is cheapest one you can find. it's not worth the money.

Excellent stay and we will return back!

I liked the rooms because they were big and clean, the free WIFI speed was excellent, and the shopping mall was one of the best features of the hotel as it had basically everything you would need onsite and the fact that it has both an outdoor area plus an indoor area was great, especially that the weather was nice.

There are no facilities in the hotel such as a swimming pool, a gym or a spa. Also, the location is very far from everything and there is no public transport nearby so we had to rent a car with a driver to go anywhere as we are a family of six and we will not fit in ordinary taxis, the best price I could find was $120 for 10 hours which can add up if you need to go anywhere in Istanbul. Also, any tours will not come to pick you up because of the location so you have to rent a car to go to the tour location and again to return you back to the hotel.
