大切な記念日に泊まれて良かった！

スタッフの方がとても親切です！お迎えの際に車の中で主人の誕生日だと話すと、ケーキと手書きのメッセージとお花（造花）をサプライズでご用意いただき感激しました。 2歳の子どもを連れての宿泊だったため、おもちゃなどの貸し出しも行ってくれ、お風呂も上機嫌でした。スケジュールになかった移動にも快く車での送迎も応じていただき大変助かりました。軽井沢はまだまだ日中との朝晩の気温差がある時期でしたが、お部屋の中は温かく安心して過ごせました。立地的にもすごく便利で、早朝の散歩は最高でした。また軽井沢に宿泊の際は利用させていただきます☆

朝食付きでリーズナブル

バスルームの床に髪の毛や埃が落ちてました。冷蔵庫の横にベッドがあり音がうるさくて眠れませんでした。

奥座敷の隠れ家。サブ:地元民だけが知る場所

取り立てて悪いところなし。

到着迄、手こずった。ナビもピンポイント表示じゃなかったので、周辺をグルグル回っていました。ローソン軽井沢東店検索でやっと着いた。

We enjoy our time here.

We love the fact this property is near to ski resort & they provide a shuttle to the nearest ski resort. The staffs were so nice & heart-warming.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is somewhat can be improved.

従業員の皆さんがとても温かかったです。

お風呂が思ったより大きく　冷たい身体を十分温められました。ジェットも出ていて腰も楽になりとても気に入りました。シャンプーが沢山種類があって好きな銘柄を選んで使えるのがありがたかったです。廊下にあるウォーターサーバーはコーヒーを飲めるほど熱く便利です。暖房は石油を使っているとのことで、冬のこの寒い時期に室内は暑いくらいでした。 1階には喫煙所もありましたが外にも灰皿が置いてあるので喫煙者にも優しいです。

全体的に設備は古いですがユニットバスなどは新しくなっていて不便はないと思います。ただトイレは古いままなのでウォシュレットは付いていませんでしたが、共同トイレにはウォシュレット付きの便座あるのでそちらを使わせて頂きました。

旅行の行程に便利な場所でした。スタッフの方が声をよくかけて下さり、嬉しかったです。朝ご飯、おかずも美味しかったです。

Convenient location near to train station. Staff was really nice. I liked that they even provided sanitary pads in the toilet.

Rooms are a bit old, nothing fancy but everything is clean. There’s not a lot of lights around so it gets quite dark outside the inn at night.

Great value for money, breakfast was very good and tasty, staff are very kind and helpful.

A bit noisy at night, keep hearing people walking and talking in the corridor or inside their room next to yours.

The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even drove us to the station the next morning because they knew we didn't have a car! Truly enjoyed our stay here because of the great staff.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. We arrived 7pm at Karuizawa station, snowing & 1st time there with luggage. They arranged car pick up. We were very grateful for their help.

Very good

A fairly priced option for travellers without cars, most others are either a lot more expensive or so far away. This is more like a hostel but you have all the privacy needed. They also kept the place clean by javing guests leaving their shoes at the entrance. They also kindly offered to send us back to the train station.

If you want to have the gasoline heater on overnight, you may want the ventilator on as well even though they used an isolated airing system already. The ventilator produces considerable noise at nighttime. But tje room is actually not crazy cold so you caa turn those off.

The staff was super nice. I booked the hotel for a birthday trip. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face. They offered to pick us up and drop us off at the station with our suitcases. It was very cold so we were very appreciative of them. They picked us up at night when we had first arrived and pre-heated the rooms. They also have various amenities as well as a case full of drinks and snacks, which I found very thoughtful for the customers. Overall the price was very good for the stay and the location as well. There were a fair amount of restaurants close to the pension. The outlet was also a short walk from it.
