Very clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing shower!
The kitchenette was very useful with a microwave and hob although there was no bin which was odd.
Bigger fridge space would have been helpful.

Excellent service
Very clean
Very professional
initially booked for 1 week for work, ended up extending it for 4 weeks. Only moved on as contract for work ended in Wincanton.
Sally is very helpful and polite.
I don’t like landlord/manger to be in the way especially if it’s a long stay and Sally gave me that space but always was there if I needed anything.
I would most certainly book again if I ever come back to Wincanton

I don’t drive and that’s why I face problem with public transportation but it’s not their responsibility anyway

Beautiful location but also very close to A303 for travelling around. Room was clean and very comfortable with everything you need including a fridge. Great to have use of a kitchenette as well. Sally was very accommodating for my late arrival time.

it was exactly what we needed as a family of three and great to have our own beds as we usually have to share mother and daughter we chose this place because it was good facilities and in a location we wanted to be in and very good value I cant express how important this holiday was for me and my family revisiting places where we had been with their father when he was alive and as nurses needing a much needed break and rest and restoration that we desperatly needed thank you
we were a little restricted to all facilities due to covid but were used to wearing masks all the time at work and being restricted so it didnt affect us like that

nice location and facilities to cook.
3 small very uncomfortable single beds in my room for 1. a very cold night and the radiators in the room never came on - with no heating as of such I woke up freezing as it was very cold weather over my stay. the free wifi didn't reach the room so no wifi connection was available.
overall for the accommodation I personally received it was extremely overpriced. I was particularly disappointed with the lack of heating being turned on with temperatures are expected to go below 0ºC. the lack of adequate connection free wifi was also a downer for someone travelling for work.
If this is just my experience then i suggest the owners work on making the room I was offered better. (wifi connection and heating)
Budget hotels offer better accommodation quality for a lower price.

Very welcoming hosts who live on site.
The Willows is absolutely perfect if you need a dog-friendly stay. There is a field right on the doorstep to let the dogs have a run-around and go toilet.
There are only 3 bedrooms so the place is very quiet.
Each room is en-suite and equipped with a kettle and a fridge. There is also a shared kitchen with laundry facilities if needed.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!
The walls are thin so was very conscious about being too loud.

Dogs being allowed and a large field to walk them on site

The room is lovely and clean and comfortable. We had a very warm welcome and we’re able to take our family dog. Many Thanks for a great service
