Penzion je v centru města a je snadno dostupný z dálnice. Ačkoliv nebyl nový, byl hezky a pohodlně zařízený.

The apartment has its own vibe and style. Good location. Ok for a one night stay. Good value for money. Big sofa and TV with YouTube.
The place has quite a few dirty dishes and cutlery which put me off. Cleanliness could improve. Open space for all room, so it has no privacy. Parking is not free as stated ,we had to pay in the machine but as foreigners didn't have local currency. Ended up registering on website.

Good location.
My colleagues who stayed there was very upset due to the noise and mess by other visitors, so that he wanted to changed the accomodation asap. Im sorry.

I like the decoration it's beautiful 😍

Very handy for the train station. Pub on site and good craft beer and food in two bars within 5 minutes' walk..
Generally pretty shabby. 45 euro for an ensuite double is, I suppose, a pretty fair price but don't think it's a bargain! Think station pensions 40 years ago! Noisy through the night for a light sleeper.

The place is not sufficiently cleaned, many surfaces either dusty or greasy. The garish cheap decor makes it uncomfortable to rest in those rooms.

Kitchen was ok.
Check in went well, friendly young lady who spoke little English.
I was packing up, checkout at 10 am.
It was 9:45 and the cleaning lady came in and pointed to her watch. Kinda rude!

We had both rooms on the top floor to ourselves meaning that even the shared area was ours, we really enjoyed it, this apartment (shared area) has everything you need, a kitchen, a fridge, 2 sitting areas, there is also a very cute cat outside, we enjoyed it!

The host was very friendly and accommodating, especially to our request to park past our check-out time. The shared kitchen is lovely and in good condition. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is pretty spacious and well-maintained. The garden and bar on the property are very pretty. It's right near the center and was a couple minutes' walk from a shopping center, the river, and some great restaurants. Wi-Fi worked just fine.
Room was dirty (undusted), there's no wardrobe (but quite a few wall-mounted hooks and hangers), the room is VERY small so be ready for that, on one side of the main bed there's no electricity socket, and I had to walk past the host, ask the bartender about check-in, have her point me back at the host, and then wait for her get up and approach (she was with someone)--would have been nicer for her to just tell me "I'll be with you in a minute" instead of me walking around not knowing who to speak to.

Location
Booked a room with private bathroom. Not quite so private ! Shared with room next door. Different room to that in photos when booking!
So not a private bathroom at all! Just a very small room with bed.

I liked the location and hassle free accommodation. It was perfect for our needs. We needed a simple accommodation for one night.
No breakfast, but I knew that up front, so no issue, however I think if the opposite bar would offer breakfast it would be a bonus.

Location was good.
Everything is very old so it seems like its very dirty., towels, bed linen. Place looks like it wasn't painted for over a decade. There was few centimeters of dust behind bed. You sleep there so you inhale dirt. Smell in the bathroom was really awful. I slept in squat so i aint picky. And it says on website that you can pay by card but you cant.

The location was excelent
The apartment we had wasn't very clean and the beds and pillows were really bad.

Extractor fan in bathroom as it made a horrible smell.
Shared facilities meant we met some very nice people

Security. Actually everyone can come in and out. Also during the night. Very noisy. About 5 young people were having a party upstairs, they were screaming and yelling. Never again. It's not worth the money.

Nothing
This pension has terms and rules which are NOT communicated by Booking.com and we will make an official report as we took pictures of the rule book that was given to us which is by no means what is communicated from Booking.
1) The pension demands guests to unplug all electric devices from the wall plug before leaving the room, otherwise it will charge the guests the monthly bill. This is UNHEARD of. Not only they have access to your card through booking but they also admit that they inspect the room during your absence to charge you. For clarification, I am not talking about switching off the light or the TV. This is by definition the most responsible and eco-friendly action any guest should do. I am talking about going around the entire room and pulling out all the plugs before leaving and then replugging them in when you come back. That is absolutely insane.
2) We were traveling with a dog and we called the owner before booking saying: " we saw your room on booking and plan to book it. Would you mind telling us if there are any additional charges for the dog and if so how much?" Then the owner said it's 100CZK / 4eur per night. So we booked the room but when we arrived she told us "Because you booked through Booking the dog is 150 CZK / 6eur per night. This is a complete scam because we had already told her that we will book through booking and it is as if we got "punished" for using the platform although booking doesn't give the option of booking a dog as well and it only says "there may be charges" but it does not say how much the charges for a pet are.
3) Booking.com communicates that the pension does not accept "credit cards" but this is not clear as to if the pension accepts debit cards or only cash. It should clearly say that "the pension accepts only cash".

Huge apartment quiet enough in vintage style. Parking place locked.
Kitchen equipment from the garage sale - and all what you need to use, wash well first! problems with electricity equipment - some lamps and switches out of order. Frightening extention cords (for ex. for kettle).
Price is to high for accomodation conditions.
