The property's architecture was beautifully planned. The public facilities, such as the pool, the restaurant, outdoor seating, the games room, etc., were nicely located. All the rooms in the villa had ample privacy and connection to nature, with beautiful daylight filtering in.
The food served at the property is sub-par, especially from the a-la-carte menu. Also, the management didn't have it if one needed anything extra, like an HDMI cable or pen drive. The furniture and furnishings of the common space in the villas was below expectations.

Location n ambience
Even there were rules for swimming pool, no body cared . No one from Resort was to control .
4.1
Friendliness of staff
Not value for money.

Located in a nice coffee plantation, the property was beautiful and clean. The staff were polite and well mannered and showed excellent hospitality. The rooms were decently sized and had huge balconies where we were able to hangout as a family. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff made every attempt to accommodate our requests. We arrived at the property only on the last day of our trip and felt like we should have stayed here for longer. The stay here was the highlight of our trip at Coorg! Will definitely come back here.
Nothing to dislike about this resort

restaurant could be larger is size to accommodate everyone

Green Surroundings.
Restaurant Staff insists too much on WhatsApp Menu. Can't keep a Simple Paper Menu. One of the Restaurant Staff was rude without reason.

Could not use the pool due to weather.

The kitchen chef prepared fresh local dishes after finding out our preferences

Great place to have a quick getaway with our dogs. This was our second visit and the best part is the uninterrupted stay in a stand alone villa. Room service is good and the food is nice as well.
The maintenance of the lights around the villa should be looked into. The property is situated in a coffee estate hence there are insects and other creepy crawlies and the lights outside the villa sitouts and driveway should always work. Unfortunately none were functioning. Also there was no phone to connect to reception or Restuarant. Not a deal breaker as watsapp was working fine, however it’s a basic feature of any resort. One of the sofa was also broken. Would suggest the restaurant to include some bakery items like croissants in the breakfast and also have burgers and pizza in the menu.

Had a great stay at this resort. Villa was properly maintained and clean. It is a pet friendly resort and had lots of recreational activities.
They need focus on the restaurant section as there were no waiters available to assist. Need to improve their restaurant hospitality.

Nestled within coffee gardens and jungles, gives an authentic feel of jungle lodge with luxurious stay.
Entrance could be touched up, kids area could get some relook and pricing of villas

Calm and serene. Well nurtured plantation
Pool should be maintained a lot better. Some areas do end up getting traffic noise.

best part is that it is pet friendly and pets were allowed to walk everywhere. so didn’t have to leave my cat anywhere alone. good location and well maintained outdoors
the linen on the bed seemed not fresh when we checked in.

Best place to stay amidst nature, with spacious n comfortable rooms & amenities like an inviting pool, kids play area, table tennis, snooker & a small library too. They are located in a coffee plantation & they do one hour walking tours of the coffee plantation everyday. Must visit 🙂

The property is a holiday destination in itself. I did not feel like leaving it to visit the town as it was so comfortable. The villa was splendid with huge rooms and seating area and fully equipped kitchen.
The breakfast and common facilities like pool and play area were fantastic. Our dog enjoyed the place more than anyone else.
The room service an cleaning was also good.
Nothing to dislike.
