На ресепшене приятная, отзывчивая девушка Татьяна.

Уборка каждый день, но если вы хотите отдохнуть в обед и у вас ещё не успели убрать то в это день у вас уже не уберут. Мини бар кола, водичка. Сейф бесплатный. Есть полотенца для пляжа 10 € залог и меняй хоть каждый час.

Немного однообразный завтрак. Дверь на балкон которая открывается только изнутри комнаты. Если вы в обед ложитесь отдыхать и у вас не успели убрать в комнате то уборки в этот день уже не будет. У бассейна нет возможности принять душ всё заставлено лежаками, хотя это гигиена! Есть персонал который смотрит за порядком у бассейна но они просто сидят!! Дети прыгают с бортиков, шезлонги заняты полотенцами по пол дня, а иногда и целый день может пролежать полотенце.

Comida variada (había temática de países en las cenas, y tortitas recién hechas en el desayuno), aire acondicionado que funcionaba, estábamos en una habitación retirada y no se escuchaba ningún ruido en la noche.

La piscina demasiado pequeña para todo el hotel, muy llena, y los huéspedes dejaban su toalla reservando la hamaca todo el día. Y demasiada espera en los ascensores en las horas de las comidas.

Niet voor herhaling

De locatie was perfect. Je loopt het hotel uit en meteen veel winkeltjes, restaurants en barretjes. Ontbijt was erg goed. De auto konden we ook prima parkeren maar ook omdat het geen hoogseizoen is.

Te weinig liften waardoor je heel erg lang moest wachten en wij zaten er nog geeneens in het hoofdseizoen. Erg harde matrassen met te hoge kussens waardoor we bijna niet hebben kunnen slapen en s'nachts heel veel herrie van de dronken Engelsen die terug komen van het stappen. Overdag bij het zwembad wordt alles in kartonnen bekers geschonken wat logisch is maar niet lekker..

Muito bom café da manhã Boa diversidade nas refeições

Não há camaras de segurança nas areas comuns do hotel. Fui roubado (o valor não foi significativo, mas podia ser!)e a reacção que obtive quer na recepção quer do director, foi pouco menos que um encolher de ombros. Não me apercebi de um desejo significativo de ajudar na busca dos objectos. Não posso afirmar que foi um hóspede como tambem não posso afirmar que tenha sido um funcionário, mas que fiquei bastanta desagradado com a situação e posterior postura fiquei. No que resta de situações normais no funcionamento de um hotel, não tenho nada a apontar aos funcionários, sempre prestaveis e atenciosos.

Beautiful stay for all inclusive

The rooms were great. Clean and had what you needed. Air conditioning was good too. Had a mini fridge and good closet space. They had activities during the day (aqua aerobics, water polo, volley ball) and entertainment in the evening. These were very good and really added to the experience. They had a poolside bar serving drinks, snacks and food. Great service. We went all inclusive and it is definitely worth the extra bit for the drinks and snacks at the bar. Breakfast was lovely too.

The lunch and dinner isn’t the best but you will find something to eat. Some days were lovely but other days we opted to just get food in pool bar or eat out. The lifts are very annoying.. we were on the third floor so it was fine but would hate to be top floor. Have to be up before 8am to have any hope of getting a sun lounger.

Loved my stay as I love salou but I wouldn’t go back to your hotel for that reason sorry

Rooms were cleaned every day and staff were very nice,food was lovely

Never got a chance to enjoy the hotel facilities during the day,I was up early every morning and people lining up to get out to put their towels on the beds,we could see the pool from our room and I thought it was rediculous ,they wouldn’t even lie out early just had there towels on them very disappointed

Does the job, correct at this price point, room to improve.

In general I can say it was clean. Good location with transport links, rooms just big enough, equipped as usual. Beds were comfy. Balcony is spacious. Overall, it was a positive experience with some annoying nuances. Plenty of shade around the pool area, flexible with seating. Front desk staff speak english quite well, also they we’re flexible and helpful. Bar staff was also cool shout out for them!

Food. Bland, boring, tastless CHEAP. They certainly saved money on that. They tried with different themes for differnt days (Spanish, mediterranean, far east etc… ) but all it does just add some cheap supermarket level items (eg. spring roll, and some brown dry duck meant to be hoi shin?) Lifts were disaster: not in sync therefore stops everywhere, takes forever. Air con: we had to change the room in the first didnt work in the second was somewhat better. Other family members had to turn it down because it was freezing cold. Waiters were hit and miss, some absolutely ignorant and careless, others at least tried. But hey, its not a luxury suite what would you expect for their wage?! Bathroom: well equipped and spacious but taking shower will soak the whole room due to the poor isolation of the splash screen.

Not our kind of hotel

The food was reasonable, location was good, price of drinks was good.

The pool is ridiculously small for the size of hotel, everyone seems crammed in. Noise levels after 12am kept us awake. Security is non existent. Rooms were quite dirty on the floor, not swept or hoovered.

Very nice stay in a central Salou hotel

Central location, very clean throughout, helpful staff and good value for money.

There was a charge for water with lunch and dinner for full board guests. I was never charged for a glass of water with a meal in any other hotel and consider one glass should have been provided with no charge.

I don’t think I’d stay there again

The location of the property was good. Swimming pool easy access.

It was extremely loud and noisy, the breakfast was pretty much all junk and fast food. hardly anything healthy to choose from and if there was, like some fruit salad, it did not taste fresh.

The hotel was clean and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good.

The hotel pool was noisy and crowded. Lots of loud people drinking on all inclusive. Smoking allowed by the pool. Not enough lifts. Gym equipment broken. Not a relaxing place to be in general.

We enjoyed our stay here. Good value for money. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for breakfast.

Good location. Short walk from beach, shops & restaurants. Rooms kept clean. New towels etc daily. Pool area was nice. Plenty of beds available.

Lifts are a nightmare! Being on the 6th floor, it was necessary to use. Stop on every floor on way up and down. Breakfast not great. Decided to go elsewhere most days. Staff were mainly ok. Some a little rude on occasion. Cleaning staff came into the room at 9am on the day we were checking out and again at 10am. Checkout was not until 10.30. Should have waited until we were gone.

On the first day we arrived, while sitting on sun loungers our bag was robbed with a phone kindle and 2 pairs of EarPods without us noticing. The manger was not any help, only for the two employees on the reception . 2 days later he stopped us walking out of the restaurant a and offered us an apology and all inclusive
