Amazing luxury hotel in Bitez

Propreté, confort, luxe, vue, installations, service. L'hôtel est magnifique, avec un style et un design réfléchis avec une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la baie. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Fin octobre l'hôtel était très calme et reposant. Merci à Gizem à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux et impeccable. Les horaires sont très arrangeantes (petit dej jusqu'à 10h30 ; restau jusqu'à 23h ; spa jusqu'à 21h).

Les portions du restaurant trop petites, cocktails un peu décevants pour pleinement profiter de la dolce vita. Attention pour rejoindre les plages ou les villes avoisinantes il faut prendre le taxi (compter entre 5 et 10€ par trajet).

A nice holiday because of the weather , view and swimming pool but the hotel is 3 star at best

The view from the swimming pool area was beautiful

This isnt a 5 star hotel. The service was shockingly bad. They showed little interest in their guests. their command of English was poor and they had no customer service culture. The hotel is advertised as Doria Bodrum Central. It is at least 3 miles outside Bodrum in a not very attractive area. The Doria beach club was closed at the end of September but they didnt say that on their website, so we arrived at the hotel to be told it was closed. If the location was more accurately described and we were told the beach club was closed we would NOT have booked this hotel. We were MISS SOLD.

Great views from high up on the hill. Room was huge and very comfortable.

Great room. Very generous size. Beds were very comfortable. We had a room below the pool terrace and at night you could hear chairs being dragged around. Stunning view out over the ocean.

It might have been because it was out of season, but the skeleton staff in the dining room/bar were pretty ordinary. There were very few guests in the hotel, yet service was very very slow. Breakfast buffet was ok, but basic.

Fabulous resort and we had no idea there was a beach club which made it even more special.

Exceptional views, stunning pool area and free shuttle to beach club was a bonus. Duygu on reception was very helpful.

The service is terrible especially around the pool. We weren’t the only guests complaining about this. You had to go into the restaurant to find someone to serve you which is a missed opportunity for the hotel.

Very friendly Staff!!! I had great time staying there. Lokman and Duygu are Amazing. Also Ece, Hedijeh and other people at reception desk are great. Bel boys and people who are working at the restaurant are great too!!

Must work harder on cleaning the bathrooms

The beach, location and food was good

The toilet was very dirty even when they clean it, its still dirty It’s noisy and disturbing when other rooms close their doors it’s very loud We have to ask for a duvet cover which is weird and pillows not comfortable at all

Very relaxing and made special by the lovely staff.

The staff made our stay very special. Emre and Ahmed were charming in the restaurant and couldn’t do enough for us . In the reception Duygu too was so helpful and always passed compliments when we met her. Izzy in the spa was lovely too, her deep tissue massage was amazing. It was like a little Oasis outside bustling Bodrum. You do need a taxi to get into the centre but these aren’t expensive.

Wonderful stay

The staff was very helpful and professional (Duygu, Lokman, Emre, Furkan and Ogun). They were always smiling and willing to help; Lockman offered us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a sea view upon check-in. We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is new with great facilities.

It is definitely not a 5 star hotel, but of course price reflects that

Staff very moody, especially at breakfast. After 4 days someone finally told me there is option to have eggs ..Some people at reception speak very minimal English.

Go for Good views and a newer property.

Great views, but steep climb for the property. Good and clean pool. Great breakfast, it seems like a new property. staff is helpful, but not everyone is proficient in English.

The property needs to check for room maintenance - the door handle for the bathroom in our bathroom was broken in terms of toiletries, the shower cap was missing, and very limited towels were provided for 2+1 adults. For three people, there was only one bottle of water bottle that was complimentary and no milk to make coffee. Unless asked, no one tells you where the pool and other things are to use. No sign post on pool or gym times as well. The beach owned by the property is not the one you see from hotel but 10 mins drive from the hotel which is strange.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. If you are on budget this is a good hotel.

The hotel is not near the beach. You would have to take the hotel shuttle just to visit the beach. The rooms were okay overall. The lift was out of service for 2 days and was only fixed when we were checking out. Good hotel but would definitely not come back for a second time as there are many other better hotels in Bodrum.
