Correcte.

Emplacement car il est bien placé pour les commerces et les restaurants.

Pas de parking à proximité. Du coup nous avons été obligé de payer le parking en plus ce qui n'était pas prévu puisque dans l'annonce c'est stipuler qu'il y a un parking. Le petit déjeuner était moyen les produits pas frais.

Experiencia nefasta.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el personal amable. La cama era cómoda.

Al abrir la cama me encontré un sin fin de pelos en ella, no sé si es que no han cambiado las sabas y es de las personas anteriores o es de la limpiadora. En cualquier caso asqueroso. Las toallas agujereadas y los vasos del baño con polvo y la papelera del baño sin bolsa, realmente no sé qué limpian. Tuvimos un problema con las personas de la habitación de al lado dando voces y poniendo música a las 5 de la mañana. Se bajó y no había nadie en recepción, ni un botón donde llamarles. Al día siguiente lo comenté, dijeron que hablarían con ellos, no sé si lo harían pero la siguiente noche hicieron lo mismo. Antes de irme me dicen que tengo que llamar en el momento al teléfono que tienen allí que sino no hablan con nadie. En ningún momento se me informa de que se puede llamar a recepción ni del número que es. Los demás de la planta llegaban dando portazos y voces por doquier a las tantas de la noche y los recepcionistas no ponían orden como en otros lugares que he estado que tenían su horario donde no podías hacer ruido. Toda la estancia sin poder dormir. He estado de viaje en muchos hoteles y para mí éste es el peor.

Buena ubicación

La ubicación es muy buena para visitar la zona. La chica que nos atendió tuvo un trato de 10, ya que tuvimos un problema con la habitación que nos dieron al principio. Las vistas desde los balcones son increibles.

El edificio en general está muy viejo. Hay malos olores en algunas habitaciones y humedades. El parking se cobra para estar mal ubicado y al aire libre (ya que en el interior solo hay 2 plazas y está lleno de humedades). Calidad-precio es un desacierto, ya que fuimos en temporada baja y había mucha otra oferta por precio similar. Nos equivocamos totalmente al escoger este sitio pero gracias a la chica que nos atendió nos quedamos: muy atenta, cortés y resolutiva. Muchas gracias!

Very good value for the price.

We visited 3 times (3+3+1 days) over a short period recently and were very satisfied with both the room and staff. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom functioned fine. Staff were very helpful, and we were able to leave baggage securely between visits. The location is next to the (small) historic centre and convenient for the main tourist/shopping drag without actually being in the thick of it., Very good value for the price.

Basic but cheap. In need of a general upgrade but was as expected for the price. I would stay again.

Room was basic but clean enough and exactly what we expected/needed for our one night stay.

Arrived and there was nowhere to park the car in order to check in and establish whether the hotel had any parking. Appears the parking is 5 bays at the rear of the hotel. We parked elsewhere.

The room is not soundproof. There was no socket near the head of the bed.

We asked for a double bed before our arrival if possible but we didn't know that we will have to pay an extra 60€ for it + tourist tax, you should preventively inform the tourists about this.

The only good thing i can say is that the staff was very friendly and offered options for parking spaces

I stayed only one night and while the lack of air conditioning can be on my side as i thought the night in andorra will be chilly, i was wrong. Then unfortunately i got a room that had the window on the main street, there was a very bright light that came through the curtain, then there was also a bar across the street that was still open at 2 in the morning during the week. The tv was very small, like a pc screen and up on the wall, you could barely see, the furniture quite old, no mini bar, nothing, some small shampoo and shower gel but not enough quantity for a decent shower, also only one per person, since it was too hot i took more than one shower thus i ran out of shower gel. I chose this hotel for the low price and for the vecinity to Cirque du Soleil where i could go walking 500m. They mention parking but when i got there the lady said they have only 5 places and they are ocuppied, so i had to park at 200m from the hotel and party extra 24eur.the parking at the hotel would have been half that. I won't repeat for sure

The service attitude of the reception is good.

The single room I booked was 56 euros a night. The room is totally not worth the price. First of all, Andorra was 38 degrees when I went and there was no air conditioning in the room, it was a disaster, there was no way to stay in the room during the day. Secondly, the design of the bathroom is very unreasonable, there is only room just for one person, and the water tap will be turned off while turning around. Finally, because there is no air conditioner in the room, I have to sleep with the window open, which will be very noisy in the first half of the night and will be noisy in the morning as well. It's not recommended to live here unless it's only 15 euros a night.

location and the heater - the room is very warm.

parking is expensive. The hotel only has 5 parking areas which can't be available for the guests. the paid public parking is 24 Euro a day.
