Sehr gute Lage, Nähe zu Metro-Station und Einkaufsstraße, gute Anbindung
Sehr kleine Parkplätze in der Parkgarage
1.5
3.5
Cleanliness of the bathroom and linings.
No AC that was not acceptable, also a tiny lift for 7 floors hotel.
4.5
Très belle chambre, spacieuse. Excellent petit déjeuner
Lit un peu dur

Location and staff very good
Room
Comfortable but don’t stay in room 251 or 353
Had a room first night where a huge light went off a midnight and woke me up from a deep sleep. The person at the desk tried but could t do anything . This was really a horrible experience.
I got
Ives to a new room at 1 am- had to pick and move myself.
The second room was tiny and the toilet was so small - I knew my husband would t fit in ( he was coming g the next day.
The staff was nice to move me again to another room which was comfortable.
This room, however had no hot water . I told them twice but it never got fixed.
The staff was great considering all of this but the room with the light was horrible !
The third room had a coffee pot - finally. Every room should have one. Plus tea. Also, the TVs are small and not Smart TVs which is very old.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is around 10 mins walk from the subway. There are also cafes, restaurants nearby the hotel. The room was very clean and met my expectations. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment on that.
The demolition next to the hotel is not as scary as it looks, if you are not in the hotel until 5pm then you do not anything to worry about. The hotel management did all the early warnings, thanks to them I was not surprised.

It was hot in Brussels and there isn’t A/C in the room and for safety reasons we couldn’t open the window so the room looks like a stove, it was difficult to sleep and stay in the room

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and we had a carousel of experiences. The first night we received a room (502) with mold. We changed the room (507) in the morning but in the evening when we came back we realized the mold and the smell were unbearable. At 11 pm we change again the room and we received a very hot room (702) with also hat damaged walls because of water infiltration. At least this room did not smell and we could get some rest. In the morning we changed the room again to the family room( 503) . This last room was clean and with no smell and we stayed for the rest of the reservation here. Also in 507 the fridge outlet did not work and our food got rotten. We received 2 free breakfasts one for the food and one for the molded rooms. The service at the reception was fine even if we were treated as if we made a scandal for nothing. Also, there is no air conditioner (you only get a cooler that is no actually cooling the room) and the breakfast is a bit too expensive (22euros) for what you get.
The location is fine, it is not quiet during week days because of the near construction site but at least it is close to the city center and train stations.
Overall we liked Belgium but we do not recommend Bruxelles.

Beautiful rooms. We’ll appointed. Friendly staff.
No aircon in the rooms.

Room was quite spacious and the location is good. Close to shops, restaurants and the tram station.
Unfortunately there was demolition going on right next to the hotel. So it was noisy.
3.5
Very conveniently located.
Well sized room.
Despite booking and paying in full for our accommodation two months before arriving, and despite the hotel not being overly full at the time of our stay, we were put in a room directly above the main entrance door - surely one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel :(
My friend who has stayed at the hotel before also commented on this being a vastly inferior room to the renovated rooms higher up in the building where she had stayed previously :(

The property was good and at commutable distance from city center. The staff was awesome and very helpful. A special shout out to IRENA at front desk, to go above and beyond to make sure we have confortable stay. My daughter forgot her small bag in tram and Irena was a big help there.

Very large, well furnished room with very comfortable bed. Spotless, well-appointed bathroom and overall very quiet

Spacious room, hotel on a quiet street, left too early for breakfast

Very spacious double-bed room, breakfast was decent, from cheeses and cold meats, to fruit, eggs and cereals. Pretty good orange juice. The check-in staff was very friendly. The guys working in the restaurant were just as nice.
Having traveled to many destinations in Europe, 3 or 4-star hotels (eg in Spain) offer much better value than 4-star hotels in the Benelux countries. The location is generally good, but given the location of my meeting, it was not the most convenient.

The bed is great, and we had a room facing an interior yard so completely quiet no noise at all.Good pilow, too..
Bit old and run down..would need a renovation..
Old carpets and dirty wood..
2.5
Location, size of the room. Some of the staff was really nice. The room was clean.
Some of the staff have been very impolite and not at all professional. The room did not have a minibar, and there was no room service. The parking space was really reduced. There was a noise in the room during the night that was very annoying.

Even I arrived earlier than the Check-in time, they let me check in before the official check in time what I liked a lot. Last day I left I could store my luggage without issue. I can recommend anyone staying in Belgium this Hotel.
I was overall satisfied there nothing I could think of.

I love the reception of well wishes and treats to celebrate our 42nd anniversary in our room. That was so sweet!
Everything could’ve been perfect, but there’s no AC on a hot day. At least provide a portable AC not a fan that turns off in 2 hours max.

Location is great. The room was clean and large. . Breakfast is nice and staff ok.
The bathroom is to tight and the door is in the way for the toalet. Missing a minibar.
2.5
There was a mirror in the room entrance which was nice.
There was an espresso coffee machine in the room.
We did not receive any mineral water in the room.
There was no napkin included in the room, we had to find one in a supermarket.
The toilet was not like the pictures, and my wife did not take a shower during the stay.
There were only 2 pillows in the room, if you need more you had to ask the room service.
The furniture was really old, the TV and fridge were in a very old wardrobe.
The Lift was really small, it reminded me of very old buildings. you barely could carry 2 pieces of luggage with 2 people in the lift.
The parking was too narrow, and I could not fit my car, which is not a big car at all.

Sometimes cleaning staff entered the room while the DND sign was placed on the door.

The king size room was fabulous, tonnes of floor space! The huge bed was comfortable.
