Schöne Tage in Opatija

Die Lage direkt am Meer, toller Ausblick!

Das Meer ist an dieser Stelle durch einmündende Quellen oder Zuflüsse eher kalt. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, die Strandanlage ist trotzdem gelungen, wenngleich auch die Liegen extra zu bezahlen sind. Die Atmosphäre beim Abendessen ist sehr nüchtern, alle Speisen vom Buffet, auch kein Getränkeservice.

Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer mit Meerblick ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren hervorragend! Wirklich tolle Küche) Sehr gute Schlafqualität, gute Matraze und Polster, Badezimmer ist in Ordnung Life Musik

Parking und Liege sind nur zum Extrapreis und nur nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden

The night reception staff was very helpful and kind.

The air-conditioning unit in my room was the loudest one I have every come accross in a hotel room, I needed noise cancelling earphones to be able to fall asleep. There was a minibar in the room, but it was empty. Underneath the carpeting there were holes in the floor, which were a potential trip hazard for people with walking difficulties.

Good and nice hotel with unnecessary inconveniences

- During breakfast and dinner The teras was full with pigeons. They walked on cutlery. This was disgusting and even unhealthy. Please do something eg install some alarm ágainst pigeons - no free Parking and no free sunbed - sauna was COld during a rainy day , we could book The sauna for 12 Eurs

Lovely stay, but a few hidden costs to be aware of.

The room was comfortable, possibly may be considered basic. Clean and in good condition. The sea view rooms clearly used to have a balcony, which has now been incorporated into the rooms, Plenty of space in the room, if a slightly funny layout. Bathroom nice and clean.

Toilet paper is really cheap. If you are used to a premium brand - Bring your own! The sunbed / parasol hire is rather pricy at 25 Eur/day for 2 beds and a brolly. And you'll need a brolly in mid summer! Not shortage of beds though. The shower space in the bath is very snug. No tea / coffee facility in room. Not an issue for us, but it may be for some. Car parking is in extremely short supply in Opatija, if you need a space, book it in advance. it's 20 eur/day. which is slightly cheaper than the on-street or parking garages. A bit of a pain to run into reception to ask them to activate the barrier every time you return to the hotel.

Very comfortable and friendly , well runned hotel.

We got a great big room with view over the sea ant the port, beautiful sunsets and great fresh evening air.Comfortably big, good and comfortable beds, good TV section and channels, even small deskroom for work on the computer.Adaptive cleaning services, good change of towels.Meals wide ranged and delicious, nicely served.Beatiful beach with umbrellas for extra charge our without charge at the swimming pool section and terrace. Summary: very well runned and managed hotel.

Slight remark:Since I was travelling with my mother 85 years old with disablity, it would be practical to find a possibility to extend the elevator to reach the beach level with elevator...I know it needs technical alterations, but since the hotel already has a now closed beach level exit, maybe it could be carried out without big building alterations.Now there are plenty of steps to reach the beach, which for healthy persons is not a problem, but for others it can be.

It was very nice, spacious, clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly..

The room was spacious and clean with great sea view. The hotel is near the center but enough out of it so it’s peaceful and quiet.

The pigeons on the terrace while having breakfast, they flew around the tables and walked on them trying to grab the food from the plates.
