Privately owned 2 bedroom apartment fully equipped with all the essentials including a washing machine. With a large wrap around balcony the apartment has stunning views of the sea, marina and pools and picks up sunshine from sunrise right through to the beautiful famous sunsets over the neighbouring island of Lagomera . The complex has 3 pools, a tennis court, hair salon, 24 hour security, kids club, poolside bar, restaurant and evening entertainment. The area offers pleasant long walks and the shops, bars and restaurants are plentiful each offering a good nightlife for all ages. The popular Aquapark is only 5 mins away and is a great day out for the kids and Siam park Europes largest waterpark is a 15 minute stroll away Santa Maria is only 300m from the beautiful la Pinta beach and Puerto Colon which offers a wide range of activities such as scuba diving, dolphin boat rides and parasailing to name but a few. The beautiful Playa la Pinta beach offers children’s inflatable, sunbed and parasol hire. All this only a 2 minute walk away.
The apartment also provides a safe, excellent free wifi (278 mbps) and huge flatscreenTV with over 800 channels including all UK and Irish channels All the above are included in the price so there are no nasty surprises on arrival.

Had another great holiday here. This apartment is in the best location, with loads of food, drink, and entertainment options available in the surrounding area. Ideal apartment for us, with everything we needed. Will be back.

We had the most amazing 12 days in this great apartment. The photos do not do it justice. It is really a home away from home. It had absolutely everything. The big prize for us was the wrap around balcony where we spent most of our time when we were nt out and about. It had a table and four chairs , 2 sun loungers and two reclining chairs , we were spoiled. We had amazing views over the sea , marina , streets below and the pool and we had the sun all day.. It is part of the Santa Maria Hotel and is in an excellent location and just 5 minutes from Puerto Colon and La Pinta Beach. Although there was no air con there are fans in all rooms but there are 4 sets of double doors and once opened the breeze just flew though the apartment. I would have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Communication with our host Martina was always prompt and answered any questions i had. This apartment was perfect for myself and my husband..

Just wow, you could sit on this balcony all day & night long. Apartment has everything required for an extremely comfortable & pleasant stay… Amazing wrap round balcony with great views no matter what direction you look. Owners & check in so easy & helpful. Already planning my next stay here..

Really good location, easy for the beach, shops and restaurants. Siam park is only a 10 minute taxi away! Another fab feature- the breeze when you open all the doors of the apartment!! Lovely stay - we will be back!!

Second time staying here and just as good as before. Someone mentioned in their review an issue with the blackout curtains. These have now been replaced with new. The mattresses on the single beds could do with replacing. Ok for small children but not adults. Other than that, perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Having stayed at in another apartment at Santa Maria before we knew the location and facilities would be good. This apartment is superior in terms of its accommodation and the balcony is the real highlight - it gets the sun from early morning through until sunset. No need to fight for a sunbed by the pool with everyone else! Sliding doors to each bedroom and the living area are a bonus and the apartment is well equipped. Check in and dealings with the owners all great. Many thanks Martina, we hope to return again soon.

We have been coming to Tenerife for 20 years over the Xmas period and I've got to say the apartment is right up there with the best of them and we will have no hesitation in .booking again if we can find it available lol. The view from the wrap around balcony is stunning and the apartment itself is just perfect and home from home but in the sun. There are 4 patio windows, 1 in each bedroom and 2 in the living/dining area which gives plenty of light and if you open them all you have a nice cool breeze flowing through the apartment. The pics on this website don't give the apartment justice. If you ever get chance to book the apartment thendo, you won't be disappointed.

The property was very nice indeed big and spacious great views from balcony.we had trouble with setting up TV but owner sent someone out to sort for us within 30 minutes hope that we are able to stay in this property again soon.

The apartment itself could do with modernising, no air conditioning and black out curtains were ripped with masking tape covering holes. It had everything we needed, location is amazing.. walking distance to beach and shops. Perfect for families, although getting a sunbed in the morning is a task,you have to be poolside ready at 9am to get one! Prepare for battle against other guests! Overall a really lovely holiday had by all..Thankyou!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Everything you need is here. Massive balcony with all day sun. Great pool area with loads of sun beds. Communication from the owner is 1st class. Would 100% come back to this apartment.
