Great location for centre of Arras. Historic hotel. Very helpful staff. Good food!

Room was ideal, overlooking the courtyard. Very quiet and clean. Good facilities provided.

Hotel fine but needs to ensure that electronic night monitors are silent throughout the night

Location in the centre great and safe place to leave the car

There was an electronic device above the bedroom which would emit a noisy signal throughout the night, which led to a disturbed night.

A great stay in Arras

Love the parking and breakfast is excellent. Location right in the middle of Arras

This is an old property and some of the decoration etc is past its best. Thin walls so you can hear stuff from the room next door

Très bien

L’emplacement au centre ville. Le parking fermé et sécurisé même s il faut réserver et payer. L amabilité du personnel aussi bien à l hôtel qu au restaurant. Très bonne literie. Très bon repas au restaurant avec un grand merci au chef qui a fait cuire ma viande de bœuf comme je le désirais à savoir bien cuite et petit déjeuner copieux.

Nice old style hotel with personality.

Good room with nice bathroom. Parking was easy in the courtyard. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a lovely meal.

Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be within walking distance of Arras town centre.

Great location, in the town but quiet with secure car park. Cheerful and welcoming staff. Spacious room which was spotlessly clean.

Room was a bit tired. Plugs in practical places would help. Hot water supply to shower erratic.

A lovely hotel with lovely staff. I would highly recommend.

Very good location within the town, secure parking and nice room, albeit slightly dated. Breakfast was excellent too. I didn’t eat an evening meal at the hotel but was told by other guests that it was very good food and service.

Nothing to dislike if I’m being fair. My room was somewhat dated but it was clean and functional. Also, the room was immaculately presented each day I returned to the hotel. The staff are clearly doing a very good job.

Très bon emplacement pour une halte à Arras, chambre spacieuse et personnel très accueillant.

Emplacement, gentillesse du personnel, hôtel spacieux et typé.

La moquette dans la chambre, et la salle de bains vieillotte, mieux vaudrait une douche. Le plancher craque mais c’est néanmoins feutré..grâce à la moquette ! Le café au petit déjeuner pourrait être servi à table bien chaud.

Good second stay

This was our second stay here. Close to a beautiful city centre and about 1 hour 15 minutes from Calais, so convenient as a stop-over when travelling to or from the ferries or channel tunnel. Helpful staff and a secluded courtyard car park, which is good when your car is full of ski equipment.

Cannot fault the hotel.

Le cadre est exceptionnel. En retrait d une rue, on ne s imagine pas la magnifique architecture de l intérieur.

Le parking payant. Les clients devraient en bénéficier gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner devrait être spontanément proposé en chambre et plus copieux.

Very central but still peaceful . The staff were very helpful and polite . Had the buffet breakfast which had a great selection . Our purpose was for a stopover en route to Calais . It ticked all the boxes. Furthermore Arrass is a lovely city .

Clean well appointed hotel in great location for exploring Arras.

Lovely clean quiet hotel, we didn't stay for breakfast so unable to give an opinion on this. Room and bathroom of adequate size. Reception staff were very friendly and informative.

Stayed for 1 night on way to final destination and 1 night on return journey. Despite booking same standard of room the rooms were quite different. Never a fan of toilet being located in bathroom, first room had separate WC. Wpuld book larger room if staying more than 1 night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks.

The room was lovely and quiet. We were within easy walking distance of the centre of Arras for meals etc. Reasonable on property parking was an optional extra, easy to organise through the hotel. Very close to the Carriere Wellington (Arras Tunnels) which was the main purpose of our visit to Arras.

All the staff were really friendly. You won't get a better location in Arras.

Great location - hotel chosen as it is city center with parking. Good quality breads and pastries at breakfast.

The hot breakfast was basic.

Lovely old hotel, centrally located, in a charming town

Could use a little spiffing up. For example, the curtain tie was all frayed.

The staff always go the extra mile. The young man on reception sorted out a booking problem for us and was so very helpful. The young lady who also set up breakfast for us in the bar area. Exemplary customer service in a beautiful building in the middle of Arras.

Exceptional

Always friendly. Nice stop. Nice bars round the Place des Heros.

I mentioned that the coffee cups in the room are very small for a cup of tea.
