Nicht zu empfehlen.

Extrem laut. Mieses Frühstück, das auch noch extra bezahlt werden muss. Ekliger Duschvorhang. Stickige Atmosphäre, es riecht nach altem Essen.

The location, the room was quiet the price Is a nice place

The bed and the bathroom was clean but not totally clean, some parts were dirty and sometimes the smell in the hotel and in the room was not good

Good, reliable, basic facilities, with real human beings, is exactly what I’m looking for.

I think the building has a charm, and feels friendly. The staff are attentive. The room was fine the stay pleasant.

Staff were very accommodating and felt like a family run place. Good breakfast prices and delicious coffee!

Check in closed at 10pm which I’m not used to so I just made it in time and almost wasted a nights stay. However reception organised for a worker to stay back a bit later to let me in which was much appreciated.

Good

The location of the Hotel is good with close proximity to the tram, and train station. There are several restaurants also in the area where this hotel is situated . The room is of a decent size and clean , the staff were friendly and helpful .

The furniture in the room needs to be improved. The chair was for example having legs that were spreading as I sat on it each time . The bed was quite hard . The entry door to the room wouldn't close without an additional push.

Comfy beds, close to the train station(easy access to the centre)

The cleaning staff from the hotel was very rude. Every morning at 8 they started to talk very loudly on the hall, couldn’t sleep anymore. In the morning of our departure at 11 sharp somebody knocked onto our door yelling “Raus” (german for “out”). Out room was not cleaned once during our 3 nught stay

Unsafe and Worst hotel

Worst ever hotel. Nothing like 3 stars in the hotel or in the room. The hotel is unsafe for woman. Receptionist allowed some random men to help me with luggage even after asking who they were. These men not just entered my room and sat down, also smoked inside the room, even after asking not to several times because I get severe cough. These random men then started talking nonsense to me. I had to immediately check out from the hotel as it was unsafe to stay there. I couldn't stay there even for 30 mins. This was only about the experience regarding safety. There was no curtains to the hotel. The table and TV looked extremely dirty. Windows glass accumulated lots of dirt. I don't recommend this place, stay away.
