Great stay in beautiful Salzburg

Lovely big suite with kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful views. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Free parking. Quiet 15min walk to Salzburg centre

Rather spartan. Difficult to control room temperature. Narrow access road.

Příjemné ubytování přibližně 10 minut chůze od centra. Pokoj byl útulný, velký, čistý. Paní majitelka velmi příjemná a milá dáma, která se stále ptala hostů, zda je vše v pořádku.

Das Hotel ist für Salzburg die 1.Wahl

Die Ruhe, die fussläufige Nähe zur Innenstadt, die Unterstellmöglichkeit für unser kleines Auto, das Frühstücksbuffet, die Gespräche mit der sympathischen Chefin und die junge Frau, die eine wahre „Perle“ ist!

Vielleicht könnten die Teebeutel ohne Plastikverpackung angeboten werden? Mehr fällt uns beim besten Willen nicht ein;) Vielen Dank!

Excellent Place and Highly recommended for Family

Breathtaking view, quite place , very friendly staff and spacious room

There is no Air condition in the place! So, if it is hot weather , you will be suffer from heat

The balcony was nice

The room was not cleaned well bedsheets had hair !! the floor was dusty The host asked me to check out 11:00 while the check out policy indicated that I can stay till 12:00 !! The breakfast was not fresh and diverse

Sehr ruhige und gute Lage, Altstadt bequem in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschönes Appartement und sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Very nice family-run hotel

Very big apartment. Comforable. Parking at site. Terrace with view at mountains Close to city centre yet in a very quiet location at the mountain. Tasty breakfasts. Cute dog around - great attraction for kids.

Extra fee to use laundry machine.

Very clean and comfortable. They even provided us with daily cleaning with laundry within the room at an extra cost of 20Euros.

The location is central but it’s a short climb up if you have to walk.

Nice, cozy, pleasant staff, a bit out of the way but not too far if walking isn't a concern

Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was great. Room was large and pleasant.

No elevator to transport luggage, only minor inconvenience. No AC but most nights were cool enough so not too bad. Construction directly across from room windows. We were awakened earlier than expected with the noise. Without AC, windows had to be left open so no way of reducing noice. Not the fault of the hotel just an inconvenience to be right outside of our window.

Comfortable, friendly, great location and the best breakfast!

Lovely spacious room, everything we needed and more. 10 minute walk to town through lovely residential area, very peaceful. Very friendly and helpful hosts and amazing breakfast.

A great location, a very clean room, and a delicious breakfast.

There is no ventilation (or a window that can be opened) in the bathroom. Since there is no air conditioning in the room either, we could not sleep at night. The mosquito screen kept out the bugs but also the fresh air.

Perfect stay during exploring Salzburg!

Perfect location 10 min walking to old town in residential area with nice villas all around. Free parking. Very welcoming hosts, good breakfast and views to city.

Ask for room to south side, because on north there are building works and will wake you up at 7:00:)

I would definitely stay there again when I visit Salzburg the next time.

The location is not far from the city center and the place is quiet. From our balcony, the view is fantastic, we can see the mountains far away. The breakfast is also very good.

the views from the property are amazing, but there was no views from our room. there was construction right in front of our room which woke us up very early with the noise.

the worst check in experience, lady at the reception was not nice, she seems to be totally unaware about how many guests she should be expecting, did not offer Salzburg card, nor any map or tips, and did not even explain where the breakfast are nothing no interest in guests

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They helped us look online for good dinner options. We loved the fact that our triple room was actually 2 rooms with an adjoining door so we had 2 bathrooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent. In 15 minutes walking distance you can reach the old town of Salzburg where many tourist attractions are located like Festung Hohensalzburg or Mozart's birth place in the Getreidegasse. The hotel has free parking space right in front of the building. We had a studio with two comfortable rooms. The surrounding is quiet because it is a few meters up Kapuzinerberg. You are in the middle of Salzburg but the view from the balcony was all green. The breakfast buffet was very good, we did not miss anything. This was surprising because the hotel is rather small, so we assumed a limited selection. A few minutes from the hotel is a bus stop for trips farther away like the Zoo. TLDR: It was a really pleasant stay
