Un buon soggiorno centrale nella bellissima Trieste

Posizione centrale non distante dal centro, in un vecchio palazzo triestino. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito in zona ma non sempre facile da trovare. Ottimo WIFI e aria condizionata. La camera era abbastanza grande, un pochettino vetusta, Accoglienza da Walter molto gentile e disponibile. Distributore di bibite e snack disponibile al terzo piano della struttura.

L'arredamento era vetusto. Pulizia migliorabile. Si consiglia un distributore di sapone in bagno e in doccia. Peccato che il bidet era troppo vicino al muro che lo rendeva praticamente inutilizzabile.

Excellent accomodation

Mr Walter, in charge of this property, was extremly helpful. Residence has very central position, in the middle of night life in Trieste and it is loud outside on weekends. Appartment has all you need, including functional washing machine. It is privat, safe, central and well equipped. Internet was excellent. I am definitely coming back here.

Some of the furniture was a little dated, but still clean and functional.

Location was very good and the apartment was nice - with more care it could have been a much better experience

Bathroom was not clean, totally unacceptable! better housekeeping overall is really needed at this property. The guy at the reception was very expedient, seemed in no mood to help but rather to "process" bookings. He had no reaction when we complained about the dirt.

I wouldn’t go back!

the location

Paid for a room with sofa/ sitting area and didn’t get. The room was old and needs updated. it is advertised as free parking but the only free parking is if you find street parking. Much if the room was not clean and the lighting was awful- especially in the bathroom. There was a very used sponge to wash dishes with. Dust was literally falling off of the top of the shrunk.

Not worth it, missing some basics

The location is excellent and the double bed comfortable. The WiFi was fast enough and easy to access, and the host was polite and responds quickly to messages. We were given plenty of towels and the sofa bed for our 4th person was ready and set up when we arrived.

The room had only been given a cursory clean, when we unfolded the table and looked under the beds they were filthy, and the sheets and blankets, though clean, were very old and. The single and sofa beds were also not nearly as comfy as the double. The fridge, heating, television and hot water were all faulty or completely broken. When we called down to the host about the heating he insisted it was fine, although after we bled a radiator ourselves to fix it he did admit it was faulty and came up to adjust the water pressure. He also attempted to fix the television but it was clear he was as stumped as us and that it was probably too out of date to function with current digital broadcasting. Broken fridges and old mattresses were left lying around the apartment. There was no dish soap or disinfectant provided for the kitchen, while two single use sachets of shampoo, one toilet roll and one miniature bar of soap were provided in the bathroom for a group of 4 guests for 3 nights. Overall for the price we were charged we were disappointed.

Great apartment in Trieste alongside the waterfront

The location is fabulous, an easy 15 minute walk from the train station and then the next morning an even easier commute to the cruise ship which was five minutes away. The apartment is located alongside the waterfront and overlooks a nice little park and quite convenient to many food venues. BIG studio apartment and a great shower! I think the location was just perfect for so many things and I hope we will be returning to beautiful Trieste. A big shout out for Walter who checked us in and helped me with my overpacked suitcase, he was quite friendly and helpful and a wonderful person to kick off our vacation with kindness. We would stay here again in a second and we highly recommend.

Trieste is a gem - great vibe, and lots to explore

The location is superb- central, easy walk through the shopping and eating district. Eataly across the road. Easy to find, parking lots across the street, some on meter but cheap. We’ve stayed here a couple of times - spacious rooms with all the facilities you could want, including kitchen. Very responsive host.

Great place, location, and staff

Very good

We were delayed arriving and Walter was very helpful accommodating our arrival. We were arriving late at night and he sent us photos of the entrance to make it easier to find. Perfect location both for travel to for cruise terminal and train station.

Helpful service, full apartment amenities and central location

The front desk staff and manager were very helpful and kind. The apartment was the perfect size for our family and the ac worked great for the hot summer nights. The location was central with lots of good restaurants close by. There are two grocery stores close by too and lots of coffee shops for your cappuccino and brioche in the morning.

Overall it was a good stay. The pros outweighed the cons. Just two things: Parking was hard to find so we ended up parking quite far away but that didn't really bother us. It was a nice walk. It's in quite a party area so the street noise is substantial some nights. We brought earplugs so it was fine.

Location is perfect! Public parking is available around the facility, like 5-10 min max walking distance. Fully equipped apartment, comfortable and clean.

Washing mashing was out of order. To operate the shower you might need a special instructions:), I.e. slightly complicated. On the morning I missed the hot water! All this for above 200 €/night!!!

very noisy during the night (bars, cars, etc. in nearby surroundings), poor maintenance of furniture, bathroom, etc. (gives a shabby impression), fully functioning kitchen but no possibility to prepare coffee or tea

the location is great, near to sea and town centre, nice and helpfull lady on checkin

fridge didn’t work, aircondition seems to operate with pair of another system which disallowed to set the required temp , no dish towel, noisy neighbors having party till 1am

2 apartments, everyone very satisfied.

Excellent location near cruise port. Nice large apartment with comfortable beds and good kitchen. Owner extremely helpful.

Old building so elevator started from first floor, but owner carried our luggage up the stairs to the first floor and to the elevator.
