Parcheggio

Riscaldamento centralizzato (in stanza era impostato a 23 gradi e anche spegnendo manualmente dopo un po’ si riaccendeva da solo), la mia camera era un forno crematorio e finestra non apribile (la prima volta che l’ho fatto notare la reception mi ha liquidata dicendomi che fossero affari miei se avevo caldo, la seconda volta mi hanno detto che avrebbero riparato la finestra, la terza volta mi hanno cambiato la camera..un incubo) Lo sportello della doccia mi è quasi rimasto in mano Struttura in generale trasandata (quando viaggio per lavoro mi capita di prenotare un 4 stelle per non avere sorprese/per riposare bene etc)..questo hotel di 4 stelle purtroppo ha poco

Colazione ottima, staff molto gentile letto e cuscino comodissimo

Non funzionava il televisore ( non abbiamo informato lo staff ) e il frigorifero non refrigerava

Se non volete gli animali, basta dirlo!

L'unico accomodante è stato un membro dello staff!

Mi hanno chiesto un supplemento di 10 euro per il cane, ma non era scritto da nessuna parte questa tariffa, in più il cane non poteva entrare in sala colazione!

Buon soggiorno

Soggiorno prenotato per i miei genitori: a loro avviso la colazione era varia, con proposte dolci e salate ed abbondante. Molto buona la pulizia della camera e del bagno nonché la posizione, comoda al casello autostradale. Molto contenti anche della cortesia del personale.

Week-end a Parma

Pulito, essenziale, confortevole, buona scelta nella colazione, buona la posizione per chi ha mezzi di trasporto privati, in quanto si arriva in 5 minuti di macchina al centro di Parma e inoltre dispone di un buon parcheggio privato. Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo.

The best of four stays in June.

I was in the car so the location was nice and peaceful. The breakfast was very good; cereal, pastry, fruit and I asked for a pot of hot water for my tea. The staff were attentive and kind. Customer service very good. Room very clean. Lovely bathroom. Comfy bed.

Nothing negative to report.

the breakfast is different on weekend and other days. the employees don’t speak english. The hotel is out of town so if you are without a car, you can leave the hotel only with taxi. at the end they didn’t want to call me taxi and i should have begged them to call me taxi

all in all a good experience even though a little pricey for what you get

I liked how easy it was to reach by car and the free parking. The room was pretty big and the bathroom huge. A few gluten free options at breakfast.

Unfortunately you can’t reach really reach the city without a car but that’s something one knows in advance anyway. I missed having fresh fruit at breakfast and don’t really understand why it was not self service even though there was a (little) buffet.

Very good

The location was perfect for what I travelled for which was an underwater hockey tournament. The bed could have easily fit 3 people and was very comfortable.

Every time you walked into the lobby through the main door a loud alarm went off. Breakfast was a little strange as in you could not help yourself to a buffet and there didn't seem to be an option for a hot breakfast or alternative ways to have eggs other than hard-boiled or boiled

Clean, well maintained hotel with staffing issues.

Clean & reasonable price. Nice facility and good location, especially those using the autostrada.

Most of the staff seemed indifferent or displeased with helping us, with exception of one particular employee. No ready access to select food during breakfast. Man behind registration staff in the morning was soundly sleeping when we checked out. Once awaken, took minutes, he still would not wait on us — thank goodness for the “1” useful employee who came to our aid.

Stay in Parma

The Dado Hotel is a nice place to stay in Parma. The location is great , the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and help us with all our requirements

Good

Great if you're traveling by car, big parking in front of the hotel. Room was fine, not the biggest but satisfactory. Staff friendly and very helpful. Tried the hotel restaurant, not the best looking but it ended up being pretty good although a bit expensive. Location is fantastic if you need to be close to the highway, industrial area or to the Parma fair.

Closet in room was tiny, difficult to hang jackets and suits. Desk for work was pretty small and not too comfortable for PC work. Bathroom has motion activated lights which ended up dimming and brightening all on their own...disco effect. Breakfast is ok, could have a bit more choice for this level of hotel.
