Nice but too far from Legian area, which is our preferred location.

The staff were amazing, location is good except you really need a bike to get around as there aren’t any shopping options nearby.

We had no hot water for 7 out of 14 days we were there.

Perfect

The room was very clean and comfortable: large space and a comfortable bed. The service was very nice and helpful. A very large and clean swimming pool with the right water temperature. The location was also very good! I highly recommend this villa.

Still greatful regardless and had a good family holiday

We loved the big pool and the many area we can hang out in the villa and the villa was very spacious! The location is perfect as it is just on the outskirts of the busy main roads yet so close to all the eateries and to the beach.

Bath tubs were amazingly big and that was what I wanted as I’m a big girl but unfortunately the bath tubs weren’t working or the plug was missing for one of them and also the water pressure in the shower was very low and weak you’d have to at least spend 45mins to ensure you’re washed.

Very nice!

The service and the villa were amazing. The people are so sweet and helpful. The only thing is that our shower did not have hot water, but after letting the staff know, they tried to solve this in the best way they could. I would come here again!!

The sun is only on the garden for a few hours in the morning so the pool water is very cold.

Great stay for a couple or a family with kids.

The stay definitely was bigger than on website. We had an amazing experience and the staff were really nice and promptly obliged to all our requests and addressed all our queries. It is conveniently located in the heart of Seminyak with a lot of dining options and within close proximity to the shopping strip. We just loved our stay ❤️

Beautiful at night with coloured lights in the pool. Comfortable bed. Private pool was clean and well maintained. Nice space to come home to after the hectic streets.

Breakfast had minimal options. Needs a spot of paint here and there and a bit more upkeep in the bathroom is needed, however the gardens were very well maintained.

amazing and great value for money!!!!!!

We loved the enormous and clean pool which had disco lights! The staff cleaned the room every day we left and put fresh sheets and towels in our room. The room had large glass windows so you could see out into your lovely villa!

great position and villa lay out. pool was great, villa was clean and staff were excellent. everyone we spoke to was helpful (especially Ngurah at the front desk!) and there was a clear attention to detail.

the pool was quite slippery. there were one or two tumbles after a Bintang or so

For over 60 bed a bit low but great for younger people. Breakfast was Indonesian daily would have liked a choice but may not have been like this all the time as it looked like they had a option for breakfast upstairs maybe because of covid recovery

Beautiful place, staff were so very helpful couldn't do enough for you, really loved the colours in the pool in the evening felt like you were in hollywood, would love to go back as didn't want to leave. thank you to the wonderful staff

could of done with a couple of hand towels however this is a minor thing in comparison to the other plus's, mattress was a bit firm

i like that it is in a very good location and near by everything

breakfast was horrible! no floating, no food options, no even juices jus water and a chicken sandwich the other options are so poor no security in the hotel, and very few staff are working

The villas look just like the advertised photos only well used/worn Lots of ants they even got into sealed containers in the kitchen Breakfast was very poor

Location was perfect if you want to stay in Seminyak. Has enough room, everything you need, and nice staff.

Didn't like the erotic hints all over (e.g. strip pole at the pool, bed with mirrors above, suggestive art, ...). Also the entire house is in need of a renovation and replacement of pillows etc.

Reception had no ac so was hot while waiting . 8 minutes walk to shops which is a pain compared to other hotels

overall it’s a great place of superb price, the location is very convenient- middle of busy popular spot in Seminyak. ju

i love how it feels like a home more than a villa. literally home away from home.

The only downside is that they don’t provide bed slippers and floating breakfast.
