A perfectly good stay at a hotel about 20 minutes away from Nagoya station.

Room was a smoking room, so there was a tobacco smell. But thankfully, they provided an air freshener that worked. As for breakfast, they have a paid breakfast option. I did not use it. Hotel also had a coin laundry.

As mentioned, it would be the tobacco smell. I'm not a huge fan of that scent. But thankfully, they provided a way of hiding that smell with a air freshener.

Good located - OK comfort - Excellent price/performance ratio

The hotel is not centrally but well located and is closely situated to the stations of two subway lines. All main sights of Nagoya are reachable within approx. 15 min. to 30 min. The hotel provides a 3 star plus experience, meaning everything is clean, everything works - you get a good but very simple stay, which was OK for me. For 4 stars and a real good experience the room would have been needed to be larger and a tiny bit better equipped. However, everything else was fine. The staff is friendly and helpful, the WiFi worked flawlessly, in the lobby you get tea and coffee free-of-charge, you can also get some manga comics there. The room was small, simple but clean (including the bathroom). The breakfast options were OK but a bit limited. You could choose between a Japanese-style breakfast and a Western-style breakfast. The price/performance ratio of the hotel was excellent.

The room could have been more spacious and better equipped. The breakfast restaurant is simple but not very cozy.

とても良い宿！

部屋がキレイ、浴槽も深く入浴剤もフロントのアメニティコーナーにあってお風呂で疲れが取れてとてもリラックスできました。部屋の廊下側から静かにしてると話し声などは音が聞こえたが、大通りに面してるけど屋外からの音は聞こえなかったので夜はぐっすり眠れました。

Metro stationer i närheten är dåliga. Rekommenderas promenader till Central station på 25 minuter.

Very good

staffs unable to speak english. Even could not understand the message on the credit card machine which was written in english. They tried to use translator device but it got worst. Better to use google translate apps to communicate with them. Clothes iron that they provide was leaking.

You get what you pay for

First of, the front desk employee was the most welcoming and friendly person I have ever seen working at a hotel. A true gem, greeting and helping us out with the brightest smile. Also the location is extremely convenient: its less than 5 min from the station.

The rooms were not the cleanest. We saw some kind of dried up liquid and a few bed stains. The aircon was also not the most effective.

everything is fine except sound proof and wifi, for people that don’t worried about internet and the noise outside i thi

i like because the easy way to check in and out, the room is clean and it was so comfy, bathroom is clean and nice too, nice staff

the room sound proof isn’t really good, i can clearly hear people talking outside my room even though they were talking with a small voice and i can still hear it, The wifi is laggy, i mean its very lag that I can’t even chat with no pending especially when im sending image, I can’t chill streaming in youtube with wifi, i need to use my own internet connection and it’s uncomfortable because i worried about my data usage

Over all it's ok hotel for it's price rage but they really need to do some chenges on the kitchen

Good price and location. Nice interior. At the front desk/ lobby there are some laptops for the customer, books, magazines,... and free coffee.

Breakfast has very poor variety and stuff is unfriendly. Keeping in mind that there is not much of the choice it's even wasn't top up in timely manner and plates were empty

Located right in the heart of the city and close to a lot of the restaurants. Parking was not ideal but we found a lot that was only 1000 per day.
