Location was good being close to Vaduz and a bus stop. The hotel wasn't staffed all the time but were pleasant whenever I encountered them. There was a good selection for breakfast. The hotel is reasonably priced for Liechtenstein.
The church in Vaduz rings its bells at all hours, so it's difficult to sleep with the window open and there is only a fan to regulate the room's temperature.

Good location and exceptional breakfast!!!
4.2
Food quality of breakfast.
No facility to make tea or coffee in room. No water kettles. No iron boxes.
4.2
clean rooms and walking distance to the city center. When available, staff was great. Breakfast was good with many healthy options.
reception is only manned in the morning, no possibility to get a small snack or drink outside that time. It is no problem for the check-in, as you can do this yourself at arrival with clear instructions.

I liked cleanness, cozy atmosphere, feeling like “home”. Comfortable and spacious 1 person room with a balcony and awesome views!
A bit too pricey, also self checkin service is as a bit unexpected.

the view was spectacular. lovely furnishings; felt very German. breakfast was fresh and inviting
nothing.

Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location, walking distance from everything in Vaduz, but there was also a bus stop 3 minutes away. Spacious, clean room with a balcony with views to the castle. Very comfortable bed. I'm happy to have had breakfast included in the price, and it was a well varied and filling breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful at all times.
Not a complaint, but something that future guests should know is that there is nobody in reception after 18h. I understand you can still self check in after that as they have well-placed system.
It seems to fit in the rest with things in Vaduz as basically everything is closed by 19h.

Comfy and clean, easy to reach downtown and main attractions, and amazing mountains view from the balcony.
A bit pricey, but that’s the price range there, comparing to other european countries, it was still the cheapest that I found in the area…

A great place. You can self check-in. Clean and neat. Beautiful mountain view. Really recommended.

I had no issues

The place is really nice with great facilities and an excellent breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful too and allowed me to check in a few hours early. The bed was very comfortable too.
The pillows in the room were very thin and had to fold them over twice just to feel it.

Nice hotel, fantastic breakfast with fresh local produce, milk for example was absolutely phenomenal.

The breakfast was super tasty - yogurts and milk - are absolutely out of this world!
Set of food is hot and so fresh and tasty !
The room itself is quiet , clean and bright. Eco materials , pleasant to skin soap and shower gel - TOP quality. + Bottle of mineral water - thanks for this!
The Lady on reception - it the best and super helpful !
She helped me to get to the train station and helped me to avoid problems with my flight !! Thanks so much !!! I will never forget such kindness and hospitality :)
a lit bit of expensive but probably I just need to earn more :)

I loved the fact that the room offered an amazing view: there was a nice balcony where you could see the Castle and the mountains from. It also has television, table with water and a little toilet room but with all the essential. The bed was comfortable as well and the breakfast was good and vary, with local products too.
A microwave or a kettle in the room might not be a bad idea.

This was a nice stay for my two days visiting Vaduz and Liechtenstein. The staff were friendly and very helpful; they were able to get me into my room early. The room was comfortable and clean, and they accommodated my request for a quiet room near an exit. Although the desk was not 24 hours, they had an automatic system to allow people to check in late. The breakfast was quite nice, with many items locally-sourced. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk (700m) from the center of Vaduz (note that you can take a quiet walk along a path just west of the hotel into the center rather than just walking along the main road to the east). There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes (490m) from the hotel that will allow you to get to other parts of the country (hint: use the Swiss train operator SBB's app and you can see schedules and buy bus tickets on your phone). There are several restaurants within walking distance in the center of Vaduz, along with a nice one (Landgasthof Au) just a few minutes walk from the hotel. You can even walk to the Old Rhine Bridge (~9 min/650) by going west along Zollstrasse, which means you can walk to Switzerland.
There were just a few things that, while not major, I want to note. While the breakfast was delicious, the only "hot" option I saw was hard-boiled eggs. I know it's also not really in their control, but there were mosquitos in the room. The first night I just tried to ignore them and left the windows open to keep the room cool, but by the second night I closed the windows, plugged in the fan they provided (no air conditioning due to the country's laws), and went around the room before I fell asleep to kill all the mosquitos. The room was cool enough to sleep and I didn't have the mosquitos buzzing around my head all night.

View was perfect. You could see surrounding mountains floating in the clouds. Also we could see the sunrise. Room was clean and balcony made a perfect wide view of the location. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff were warm and kind. The power connection type was different from mine and I could take a shape changing adapter easily from reception.

everything was great. Extra special items were: We were able to get ice from the kitchen,.they gave us free drink coupons, told us how to get to the covered bridge and how to drive into Switzerland. They couldn't have been nicer or more friendly!

Everything was great. Only thing is I wish my room was on the other side of the building.. not facing the road, those rooms dont get the noise from the road and have a better view. But it was a slight issue and didnt bother me much. Even if there was no AC, they have provided fans which are very helpful.
4.2
Friendly staff and a nice breakfast included in the room rate.
No A/C in the hotel and it was hot.

Great location, comfortable place, friendly staff. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay! Room with balcony has nice layout. We were on bicycles and there was good secure overnight covered spot for the bikes.
A bit expensive for location; still a solid walk into town and restaurant facilities.

We had a room at the end of the corridor and the bathroom had a window. However, the bathroom also had a glass door and because there wasn't a window curtain or blind, light started to fill the bedroom quite early in the morning through the bathroom glass door.

The room is very comfy, great bed, great shower. The breakfast is amazing and you can be at the city center in just a quick walk of a few minutes. Very easy self-check-in system.
The reception closes very early and there's no one in the hotel after that. Also I think one of the pictures of the balcony view is totally misleading: that's not the view. Even the rooms that have view to the castle (not all of them do), it appears a bit further away and there are a lot of houses in between. Still, the views from the rooms are all very nice, of course. It is not a problem or anything, I just think it is something that people should have in mind in case they are looking for castle views.

As other reviewers have said there is a different check in system, where you check yourself in on a computer and it dispenses you a keycard. It all went smoothly, quite clever really.
Property is a 5 minute walk of the Liechtenstein information centre and sights such as the Parliament building. Similar distance to where the Liechtenstein walking trail arrives in town, and about 30 minutes walk uphill to where you can view Castle Vaduz.
There was a balcony where it was quite nice to sit on a hot day. It faced a road, although if you looked higher you could see beautiful mountainous scenery around the town.
Not much to say here; I suppose it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room with some tea bags. Although there was some complimentary sparkling water supplied, which was very welcome as I arrived on a hot day.
