Very good

Very Good Service. free coffee and drinks in the afternoon, coffee machine in the room. Very polite and helpful service personal and stuff. Rooms very clean and new. Pool and sauna included.

public parking situation, very rare free parking places. Breakfast not included, prices above average. Air condition would be nice.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The breakfast and evening meal were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We missed out on parking as the car park is very small. We parked in a nearby secured underground car park.

great location and staff, especially the manager we’re excellent. superb breakfast and nice rooms. after ski beer a huge treat.

rooms are quite small but not unreasonably so.

Wouldn't go again

The room was clean and big enough. The price was fair at 80EUR/night.

The breakfast buffet was not being replenished up to the 10:30 end time for breakfast. Generally, the breakfast buffet was of mediocre quality and definitely not worth the 15EUR charged. The breakfast location was depressing, in a low-ceiling dark basement.

Decent hotel, would've been great if the weather was cooler

Beds were comfortable, Room was big enough. View was great

The fridge was broken and was not repaired or replaced during the entire duration of our stay after I had reported it for 3 days. It was very disappointing. It was very hot and we had no way of cooling our drinks / water. It was also sad that the hotel did not have any air conditioning.

horrendous. the worst hotel experience ever

we arrived at midnight and the hotel was open but no one there. we had to sleep in the lobby and no one came by until I sent an email

horrible in every way. who leaves a hotel lobby abandon at midnight. we has to sleep in the chairs as there was nothing else around. the computers were just all there for us to try to check ourselves in. and it was non-refundable. after getting in to room at 1:40am, it was like a furnace, with one tiny fan

Not a great hotel, decent for the value, but bad customer service.

The hotel sent me at least 4 useless emails before we arrived asking for an advance check-in...however, they never answered when we we tried to contact the hotel by email and by phone, because we forgot an item in the room. Apart from bad service, this is straight bad manners. Never again at this property

-the hair in the bed -the over-used mattresses -the bad smell in the room -the hygiene in general -the sink was half-blocked, it took a long time for the water to evacuate -the fact that we had to pay for the parking -the view from the window This is no worthy of a 4 stars hotel. Not even 2 stars.

Briancon is fabulous

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff at reception. Lovely location. We enjoyed our stay.

There wasn't enough room to park our car within the hotel confines, we had to park in the public car park next door. Apart from that it was a most enjoyable stay.

Very good

Very good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and nice but a bit small. Overall room was very clean except for some tea spoons no one cleaned since the last guest. Shower was very hard to operate and the water wasn't too hot (I tried multiple times). No parking in the hotel.

the night shift guy was really helpful. The view of the room was great.

the receptionist told me that they are full although Booking.com was showing availability. he refused to give me a room and I have booked the room few hours later through the Booking.com app after checking few other hotels. I have been in 4 stars hotels and it doesn’t look like one of them to me.
