Готель величезний і, на мою думку, більше підходить для великих груп, конференцій, бізнес-подорожей. Проте, в цілому все сподобалось

Probably the best hotel in the center

Poziția hotelului Camera (am avut o suită /apartament) Curățenia Personalul amabil Facilitățile

Din cauza ferestrelor prost etanșate, se auzea zgomotul (muzica de la patinoarul din spate) și era foarte frig (afară fiind -8/9 grade) iar încălzirea chiar dacă se face cu aer condiționat centralizat zgomotul instalației era supărător și nu prea ne-am odihnit. Patul confortabil dar ar trebui să existe câte o pătură de fiecare persoană (și să fie învelitoare de iarnă, nu așa subțire de iarnă) și câte încă o pernă. Nu există balsam de păr (cu toate ca e de 5 stele). Parcarea ar trebui sa aiba un discount pentru oaspeti, eventual un discount pentru o zi întreaga nu de peste 3 ori mai mare decât tariful public; pentru 2 zile de cazare, aproximativ 44 ore, parcarea costă 154 lei). La Spa, nu prea curăță nimeni ziua, era mult păr peste tot, și având în vedere ca intra și persoane din afara hotelului, atât piscina cat și saunele erau foarte aglomerate (cu greu am găsit un scaun liber, iar la sauna erau mulți localnici care le ocupau și intr-o ședință permanentă). Din păcate, la piscină și saune, ar trebui o politică de a nu se aglomera astfel încât si oaspeții să poată folosi aceste facilități și să fie mai curat…

Locația, salteaua confortabilă, view-ul, cafeaua, micul dejun.

nu am avut acces la spa, piscina, fiind în mentenanță în perioada șederii noastre, alesesem acest hotel tocmai pentru aceste servicii. Nu am fost informați nici de hotel și nici de booking despre acest inconvenient, iar la check-în ni s a comunicat ca este posibil să se găsească o modalitate de compensare , ceea ce nu s a întâmplat și nici nu a mai fost adus în discuție. Hotelul s-a degradat mult, mocheta murdara, perdea ruptă și necălcată, nu este justificat prețul și sub nicio formă cele 5 stele acordate hotelului.

Recomand! Noi sigur o sa revenim, mai ales ca este un hotel pet friendly f placut!

Totul! Hotelul este amplasat intr-o locatie excelenta, fix in centrul Brasovului, beneficiaza de o vedere minunata, pe ambele parti. Personalul inca de la prima vedere (de cand am intrat pe usile hotelului) a fost de exceptie, zambitor, deschis si orientat spre client. Micul dejun pe toate gusturile, gaseai efectiv orice, nimic de obiectat.

E mult spus ca nu ne-a placut, mai mult ca o observatie, ne-ar fi placut ca zona de saune sa fie usor mai ofertanta (erau doar 2 saune functionale), dar asta nu ne-a afectat sejurul.

מעקה במרפסת חוץ לא בטיחותי ומסוכן 80 סמ בלבד גובה חייב הגבהה * מוריד את הציון ל7! אין קומקום בחדר לתה קבלנו מים חמים לתה מהמסעדה שירות במסעדת המלון בערב היה גרוע המתנו זמן רב בישיבה לתפריט, לשירות 20 דקות לפחות משפחה שלמה עד שהתייאשנו ויצאנו

Awesome location, old facilities

Ok he good - the staff is really friendly, comfy bed, great view from the room. I been at 7th floor. The location!! That was awesome, 2 min walk from old city. The breakfast had everything I need.

The outside, looking at the old building, looks really old, got me a little shocked at first sight, but it was ok after a minute. Anyway, the room had a bit weird smell. In shower, the water sprayed to the sides causing the restroom floor to be a part of the bath. No power near the bed. AC hard to function. Jacuzzi almost cold, no bubbles. The sign of "please clean the room" and "do not disturb" is on the same paper from both sides, causing confusion, but they did compensate us for that.

Un hotel potrivit si amplasat in centru

- amplasarea - curatenia - linistea - piscina - sauna - mic dejun cu foarte multe optiuni

- restaurant cu optiuni limitate, cu bauturi dintr-o gama entry level pentru cate stele are hotelul. - parcarea e cu plata pentru cei cazati la hotel, deci in functie de cate zile stati, puteti plati parcarea destul de mult - parcarea este deschisa pentru oricine, deci daca sunteti cazati la hotel, e foarte posibil sa nu gasiti loc de parcare

Micul dejun gustos. Muzica live la pian în holul hotelului. Locația hotelului.

Miros de țigară în cameră și toaletă. Mobilier demodat și uzat. Lipsa de apă potabilă gratuită. Lipsa de amabilitate din partea doamnei de la recepție.

Für das Geld -einfach enttäuschend

Wir könnten nicht angenehm duschen weil das Wasser zu kalt war,ebenso war der Pool viel zu kalt und wir könnten die Sauna nicht nutzen,weil sie ausgeschaltet war und dann nicht richtig heiß wurde. Ebenso könnten wir die Dampfsauna nicht nutzen,weil anscheinend beide defekt waren.

Micul Dejun foarte ok ,variat , curatenia in camere ok . Pranz ok de asemenea ,servirea ireprosabila.

Plata cu japca pentru parcare 15 euro la un hotel de 5* nu se face. Chiar daca hotelul este curat, mobilierul este depasit , vechi ,imbatranit, ultima renovare fiind facuta ,poate acum foarte muuulti ani. Centru SPA este doar 2 piscine (copii,adulti) cu apa FOARTE RECE ,chiar si in cea de copii si de asemenea frig in tot SPA-ul. Saunele, mici erau in functiune la jumatate. Sezlonguri foarte putine. Dotarile SPA sunt ieftine ,aproape inexistente ,fara Jacuzzi .Totul cam de 4* Paturile in camera ,vesnicele twin cu 2 paturici separate

Disappointing

They charge 15 Euro per night for a child, but 50 Euro per night for a service dog, or any type of dog regardless of the size. 50 Euro per night for a pet fee is criminal in that area.

Decent stay in the heart of Brasov

The hotel is within walking distance of Brasov's city center. Really good breakfast and food in general, very friendly people working in the hotel. The gym is fantastic and so is the pool, my kid loved it.

The rooms could use some refurbishment - furniture is quite old and everything has a communist scent. Our car was scratched twice in the outrageously expensive private parking of the hotel - 72 RON per day. The extra bed we paid for was shaky and uncomfortable. And overpriced, but that's the norm for everything that's not included in the price.

The location and the bed. I could have gotten that at an AirBnB at half the price.

The spa and training rooms were out of service and we did not get a refund for having to use such facilities elsewhere. The breakfast was basic and tastelss. Parking was paid even though the room price was already high.

Great breakfast with plenty of options for all dietary needs. Friendly staff and always helpful. Great location close to the key tourist places in Brasov.

We requested a hill view room when booking and were given a city/ parc view and were told we did not request the hill view in the first place.

Brasov is Beautiful

The location. The view of the hills from the room. Very decent breakfast range. Overall nice lobby and ambiance.

I paid for spa & fitness but these were closed for 5 days. No compensation offered as there was no mention of this. Adriana showed no empathy and was sarcastic about this not being available. If these were open as sold, I would have given this place a higher rating as location and views were amazing.
