Pleasant stay and a great pool area fun place for family

The staff was polite and ambience was good.

Language is a problem and not all staff know english

I think this beautiful hotel needs better management

place, view, cleanliness, swimming pool gym and spa, foods quality

1-the bathtub in our room (435) was out of service 2- there were nobody at the reception to help us with our baggages when we arrived 3- no English at the hotel just 2 or 3 persons can speak English ( especially nobody at the restaurant) 4- service at the restaurant was very poor, they bring our foods one after the other not together ( but when we ordered the same at the spa, the service was great) 5- the stuff manner were not friendly especially with kids

Strange behaviour of the staffs. The room was not ready on time. The reception couldn’t even provide an adaptor for me Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Same option every day

Clean and very friendly stuff! Stuff was super nice to my old parents and provided best service.

We requested mountain view, but got city view room. They were willing to change, but my parents did not want to bother for that since already unloaded luggage.

Very good hotel for leisure

The Hotel is spacious with all facilities and the Sauna and steam bath very good courteous staff and good break fast

The shower dies not work properly in the room hot and cold water fud not mix we had bath mostly in the SPA area

I would definitely come back to this hotel.

No expense spared building on a rather grand scale, very refreshingly different from the formulaic chains. Very big rooms. Gives off some nostalgic vibes.

Breakfast - not a lot of choice. Room temperature hard to control.

very spacious room

For me, a frequent traveler, the main thing is to have a good night sleep. Though the hotel is lovely and a lot of effort has been put into details, I couldn’t sleep: the mattress was very hard, which is a real shame as the quality of pillows, duvet and bed linen were top notch.

Pool, massage and spacious rooms.

The restaurant food was delicious, but it was too bright for an evening meal. The restaurant needs night time ambiance.

The hotel that delivers its promise

Very attentive receptionists checked me in super quickly although I arrived at late night. Delicious breakfast, pleasant guests in the hotel and of course best location - on the one hand you are distanced from the city center, meaning cleaner air and more quiet location but on other other one you can swiftly get there within 8-10 min by cab and 25 min to the airport.

Superb

The location of the hotel is superb, up in the hills on the way to Shymbulak but only a few minutes by taxi to the centre of the city. The right room choice will give you spectacular views on clear days. The swimming pool and spa is very relaxed and luxurious, especially when quiet.

The Hotel felt strangely quiet during our stay- perhaps it was a quiet week, but the hotel lacked atmosphere because of the lack of guests.

The room was very spacious. Heated bathroom floor. Welcome fruits platter. Staff were all excellent.

Mattress was bit hard but I guess this is just personal preference

Deluxe room was worse than standard room. Some furniture is old and has old stains.

Very quiet during Covid pandemic. Very good location for both the city and Shimbulak.

We had to change the room due to water leakage from the jacuzzi.
