Breakfast was terrific each morning & the servers were extremely nice. All the staff was friendly & helpful.
Memorable were Osra & Benjamin. The location was superb. At the northern end of the promenade. Views from balcony terrific. Close to parking.
I do not have a single complaint.

2 Big rooms with jacuzzy and balcony with a sea (lake) view! Very nice!
Price... But it's not a problem of this hotel 😭

Beautiful location by the Galilee Sea. Lovely 19th-century building.
The parking is at around 100m from the hotel so you have to carry all your luggage down the road. It's nothing major but it's a down point.

The location was beautiful! And the parking was great and accessible with spots always open! Very central to many locations to visit! We will be back
The party boats next door would continue into the early hours of the nights but this was only one night of our visit.

Benjamin and the other young lady who worked at the front desk were incredible.
They excelled at the meaning of guest service. The property is lucky to have them on staff.

Everything was beautiful, clean, and well stocked in our beautiful balcony suite.
No elevator. Tiny spiral staircase makes it difficult to carry large suitcases up and down stairs.

Location was nice
Dirty coffee cups in our room from our coffee from the day before. Our full dustbin from the first night was not emptied on the second day. I had to ask for it to be emptied.
Remote for the one tv did not work on the first day. I reported it and again on the second day, it still did not work.
I reported it again and up until the last day, 4 nights there, it still did not work.
On our second and third night my wife and I had booked our two grandchildren to sleep over in our room with us. We paid the extra fee for them. A double couch in our lounge was turned into a double bed for them. Only one pillow was supplied and no extra bath towls provided. Had to ask for them to be delivered up to our room.

Location is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is just beyond imagination.
If no cupboard in the room, would be nice to have a rail to hang a suit and a coat.

Staff were great and breakfast was large and very good quality and variety

Great location and the suite was everything we expected. Lovely view of the sea from the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the Jacuzzi was the perfect size.
Be prepared to get a phone call from the front desk if you are not out of the room exactly at checkout time. We were promptly called at 11am as we were packing the last of our things.

Great location AND view
Bathroom a bit small

The hotel has a great location and we enjoyed the view from our balcony: beautiful Kinneret. The jacuzzi was very nice too. The check-in worked well and the staff was very friendly.
Cleaning and maintenance could use some further attention. Also the parking lot is not attached to the hotel and costs additonal money (you can buy a parking ticket at the reception that lasts until 10 a.m. the next day)

maintenance of the rooms was not the best

Very good close to the water and to the restaurants.
if you stay on the weekend or on the holidays be ready you will hear loud music from the fishermen fishing near to the hotel til 23:00
and after the holiday out you will face karaoke from the bouts with tourist til 1:00 am.
so if you planing to go with small children or you want more quiet place consider again
beside that the place very good.

An amazing structure in an amazing location!
The flies and cats due to the trash and fish guts on the city sidewalk between the hotel and the lake were a nuisance.

Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
A couple of chairs in the room would have been better. Roof top terrace was beautiful but needs to be cleaned and organized before it can be fully enjoyed.

The place is excellent, we were very well received, there is a constant presence of administrative staff and very attentive to every question. Breakfast was excellent and very well served. We liked it, we will come back again.
