Romantic and magical.

Water sports, entertainment, beach, staff, property gardens, all inclusive.

Absolutely beautiful, we will be returning!

The food was amazing and the pools and beaches were super clean! Definitely get a bang for your buck! Would recommend.

Long shuttle to property from the airport, difficult to travel off resort.

How clean the property was and how they stay cleaning to keep it clean. The staffs was very friendly and helpful at all times.

The resort should have a standard & inspection on the private activity owners equipment, boats, AVT and other etc in order to take the resort customers out for fun just to make sure we their customers are safe at all times.

Fabulous Hotel/Beach/Area - highly recommend

This hotel is amazing! The grounds are beautiful. The beach is perfect. It gets a lovely sunset. The free activities are fun. Book into the fancy restaurant for dinner - its really good. There is a little red flag you get at the pool/beach and when you put it up the waiter comes to take your order. The room fridge is restocked daily. There is ice and water availalbe in each room block to fill up waterbottles. There are 3 hot tubs - find the hidden one behind the diving pool - its beautiful. Food is great. Everyone bring big 'stanly cups' and the bar will fill it up with your chosen drink

Everything was perfect - a few notes of advice: only soap and shampoo/body wash provided - bring your own hair conditioner. Bring a refillable water bottle. Bring a beach hold all/bag. Except for the fancy restaurant - dinner attire was fairly casual/beach dressy. Bring bug spray. There is a Chukka Tour Office a few minutes walk down the road - i think it would be much cheaper to book your tours from there rather than via the hotel concierge.

Couples Negril Feb 2022 - A lot less product for far more money.

The SCUBA & Waterstoprts team were just brilliant, as always. The location and beach / pool area were great places to be. The spa was really relaxing and all areas were clean. The rooms were well appointed as I remember them and the mini bar stocked as required.

I have been going to Couples since 2002, this is our 6th time. This time was a lot more expensive than any previous time - a lot more! However, we felt as if we got less of a quality product and service. The food portions were a lot smaller at meal times and less of a selection too. You could order drinks and they would not arrive, having to repeatedly ask again and again, and in the end go and get your own. The same with food orders, you could order a course, and it would be forgotten completely. The premium brand drinks are not premium brand either. I recall drinks like Remy Martin, Grand Marnier being available- not any more, the champagne is also of a poor quality. This observation is across all bars and restaurants. Staff appear too busy chatting amongst themselves than looking after guests. In summary, the overall quality has seriously fallen below what i enjoyed previously and yet the price has increased. Given this, I firmly believe we will look at other resorts and destinations before Couples resorts; which is a shame.

Very average experience with subpar food and drinks. Not a good value

The staff was all very friendly although not the most knowledgeable about the menus or property

Food was subpar, drinks were way too sugary, AC in room was stuck on and couldn’t be changed
