The staff was great and the price. Close to the metro/train station and it’s about halfway between Sintra and Lisbon which was really nice.

It was very loud and noisy at night in the hallways and in the lobby at times :(. Loud talking from the lobby area and in the hallways, doors slamming. I wish the staff would have been more mindful of that and also managed that better. I was woken up numerous times from the noise.

Superb

Good location, close to the railway station with frequent trains to Lisbon and Sintra. Room with a large balcony. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Loud elevator noises can be heard until relatively late and in the early morning. The room was close to the elevator shaft.

It served the purpose whilst waiting for a flight to South America.

The staff were great and very helpful, I worked from the room, they had a fold up table but no chair and this hindered working. The lighting could also have been improved and also there was no lock on the window. But great location and near to restaurants and fast food places.

24h check-in. Clean room, good shower. Walking distance to town centre and coffee shops, shops, etc.

Bed was too short and pillow too thick. Also the linen or the matress were a bit rough on the skin.

The hotel was well located near major sites so it was easy with cab or Uber to get around.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with giving information on the sites to see. There was always someone in the lobby and helpful even late at night. The room was cleaned each day and had no fear for losing any belongings because there was a safe. I highly recommend this place!

There was too much noise coming from the room next to myne. The walls were too thin, that's why I could hear everything. I wasn't able to sleep much that night

Discovering a great place to stay

I like absolutely everything! The place is like in the pictures. Super clean and tidy. Staffs there are so lovely. Toilet spotless, beds are comfortable, the room has air conditioning, WiFi works perfectly, windows are the good one that isolated all noise from the street. I rarely heard noise or voices from the other guests. It's super close to Amadora train station, it's like 15min from Lisbon city center. Super well located, they are closed to every store that we needed, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food. I am supprised in how perfect was my staying there.

I liked everything. I just missed a small fridge inside the room because it's summer time and it would be nice if I could keep my water cold. But it didn't bother me at all.

Good location. Good friendly staff. Comfortable & clean. Will definitely recommend. Happy manager

Excellent hotel. Close to the Amadora station. Good connectivity. The manager on duty was very welcoming and helpful during checkin. No traffic sounds in the room. Had good rest. Toilet was clean and bed was comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a look at the breakfast but didn’t eat it. The breakfast is too little and cold. Only bread, cheese slice, ham slice, butter & jam was available; along with tea, coffee and juice. A fried egg or an omelette could make the breakfast worth eating.
