Breakfast was exceptional! Staff were extremely helpful when we had car trouble and just very friendly in general. The hotel had a cosy, family hotel atmosphere, very personal.
The walls seemed to be quite thin, so at night you could hear a lot of sounds of neighboring rooms etc. But that was kind of part of the charm of this lovely family hotel.

A gem of a spot in Gressony St. Jean!! Cozy, comfy rooms in a stunning spot, including a most generous, delicious breakfast.
We also had a tasty dinner at the hotel as well as eating in the owners' other restaurant in town..Bierfall.. great casual atmosphere, beer and and food!!
Aside from the stunning setting of this spot, possibly most memorable about our stay was the warmth and hospitality of the owners... Sylvia, her husband & staff. Super fun and engaging, could not do enough for us. We will remember this one. A highlight of our trip in the alps!

Everything was perfect.

View from the balcony is totally awesome and beautiful. Room is fine, bed also. Clean, looks good. Hotel looks authentic, that's really interesting.
Heater didn't work, they didn't turn on hot water for it. So i couldn't open the balcony for a long time. No bath, breakfast is okay but could be better. No refrigerator.

Very friendly staffs, good location, clean rooms.
No coffee or tea making facility in the room. WiFi very weak. Breakfast very basic.

amazing cozy atmosphere, amazingly friendly staff and wonderful location.

Not very close to the center of Gressoney, but the location is quiet and nice. The size of the room was very big, beds were of good quality, blinds on the windows were OK. The breakfast was good and plenty, the restaurant for dinner was good as well. The staff was very nice, this is a family run hotel.
The room and the bathroom are outdated, they need refurbishment.
The towels were not dirty but were stinking, that kind of sour smell that I have found also in other hotels. I do not know how they wash them, but there is definitely something wrong there.
The room was not very cold, but unpleasantly chilly. Heating was on only a couple of hours during the evening.

The views, the restaurant. Breakfast was good.
Rooms were a bit cold at night. We had to ask for some heat which would not stay on all night.

very friendly and helpful staff. great breakfast

A very warm and classic wood chalet with tasteful details
Unfortunately the walls are very thin therefore the acoustic is very poor and overall the hotel is very noisy (especially if in the room next door there are children…)
4.3
Historic Hotel, quite simple but very comfortable and well located. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Nice setting, mountain decoration; good breakfast, helpful staff.
Too few towels ( and very small); the bedding is a bit outdated.
