El hotel tiene mucho encanto y en una zona alejada perfecta para desconectar de todo. Incluida una cata de vino, breve pero buena.
El desayuno se podría mejorar un poco.

Absolutely beautiful setting - the pictures don't do it justice. Lovely to sit on the terrace and watch the moon come up. Restaurant was excellent and would highly recommend it. Breakfast very good as well.
Difficult to fault any of it, but the pool was a little ramshakle (perfectly clean, but quite cold and didn't get a lot of sun.

Personeel was top! De kamer was van alle comfort voorzien, met o.a. zeer goede airco.

l accueil et la dégustation au caveau du château ,
La qualité des plats,il semblerait que le dimanche soir on reserve les restes du brunch du dimanche midi

Lovely location. Terrace outside for breakfast and dinner. Very close to good beaches. Beautiful views. Convenient fridge in common area. Nice pool but only one sunbed! Food really good but let down by terrible service! Great wine tasting available with very reasonably priced wines.
Service at dinner was really terrible. Rude staff, ignored us for over an hour, so we left straight after our mains. But it was much better on second night. Breakfast service also improved second day.
Overall not great value for money.

Wonderful setting in the middle of the vineyards. Amazing view of the Mediterranean from the terrace.
It's really a tasty breakfast, with lovely waitresses and staff. The restaurant is good as well and reasonably priced. The room was decent sized and had air-conditioning.
Unfortunately, our stay of three nights was pretty much ruined by an awful stench coming from the bathroom sink. It is not clear if it was our room only or a broader issue. The staff mentioned something relating to the tide, and another mentioned an upgrade to the sceptic tank. The smell was so bad that it woke us up in the middle of the night for three nights in a row. It's not quite a dream holiday. We were given some drain liquid to help with the smell, but after a few hours, it would fade, and the smell would return.
What a shame as everything else was so nice.

Rooms are clean, new and with best location. We were sleeping in the vineyard, underneath of the parking. Felt private and confortable!
Breakfast is very modest. Even no eggs. The food was constantly running out, the team did not catch up timely.

A charming place to stay. Although we were looking forward to staying in the old ‘, shabby chic,’rooms of the house we were instead given a new, adjacent ground floor conversion which was perfect with a dog. This conversion , one of 3, was very nicely done with excellent air con but lacked a mini bar or fridge. With temps in the 30’s and no access to a cold drink , even on a weekend evening, this was a real issue. The town, Gruissan, is only 10 mins by car but after a long days drive you don’t want to have to go out again , just for refreshment.
As stated above, and by previous reviewers, the restaurant here is v popular and was full when we arrived for our stay , which was a massive disappointment. We were not told that pre booking was essential. It was closed completely on the Sunday evening, and no staff on after 4pm to even serve you a drink!

Nice sized suite giving us plenty of room. Breakfast was continental and adequate. Restaurant in the evening was excellent with great food, wine and service.
A slight leak in the toilet coming from another room which appeared during the evening/night. Mentioned to reception on leaving and they will investigate.

very tranquil on the vineyard.
it turned out not to be a problem but on two nights (out of three) the restaurant wasn’t open. one night we went to Gruissan and had a nice meal and the other night we had a snack in the room.

The property has a rural and comfy design with very good taste and its very pleasant.
We were offered a small wine tasting.during the afternoon and the reception staff was helpful.
Everything was going very well until the breakfast, were the food was good but the service organization disappointed a lot.
There was a lack of attention by the staff when replacing all kinds of foods (its a buffet).
And when i asked the staff for some milk and cured ham, the person in service responded in a very unprofessional way (even with some mocking).
If it weren't for this bad breakfast service experience i would have rated higher.
4.1
It was very cold in the room. The room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed

The property was beautiful, the room was very nice, staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the cat roaming around the grounds was very soft. The wine tasting and little excursion into the wine cellar was a very nice addition
A little fridge in the room would be appreciated, as there is definitely space, the wifi was spotty, and it would be nice to have extra linens on hand (our bed was made into one king when we needed two twin)

On our way to Spain we decided to stop here for 1 day. We enjoyed the area and Narbonne on our (own) bikes, the chateau was a 'catch'. A place with a soul. Good bed, large clean room (Capitain), good breakfast and a tasty degustation at the end of the afternoon.

The restaurant was really good, possibly the best steak I’ve ever eaten?! Waitress was lovely. We were also fortunate that as it was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend, there was live music which was a lovely bonus.
The location was perfect at the vineyard and was very quiet at night.
Breakfast was good but short on choices on this particular morning.
The stairs up and down from our room….yes narrow, small and very characterful but the rope hand rail was detached more than it was attached…requiring urgent attention in my opinion. We were in Mousseigne.

We really enjoyed our stay at Château le Bouis. Really nice room, beautiful view of the vineyard and almost the seaside. The wine and the food at the restaurant was delightful. A great experience, would love to visit again.
4.1
Breakfast adequate , wine reasonably priced , evening meal pleasant , room large , bed very comfortable
I guess it's called a Chateau because of the wine label , certainly to us it was not what we expected at all , completely disappointed ,

beautiful location amidst the vineyard, perfectly peaceful but near everything.
Zoe suite was spacious, comfortable and shabby chic welcoming in every way.
small terrace outside with table and chairs to catch the evening sun with a bottle of wine from the vineyard.
breakfast in the old château or out on its terrace in the sun.
secluded pool, perfect for a dip after travelling all day.
restaurant had a nice buzz to go with the attentive staff and delicious food.
nothing!

Lovely location, peaceful and quiet with views down to the sea. Comfortable bed, lovely room with a nice bathroom. Breakfast included which was great.
Pool was quite small and the cleaning machine was in it throughout our stay. Not a massive issue and the only negative we could think of!

rural, charming, original

Informally set out arrangement over a couple of separate buildings, some quirky decorative touches but all resulting in a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
Staff friendly, casually dressed and helpfully efficient.
Room was a good size with en suite, simple in its shabby chic style and all immaculately clean. Bed comfortable and good size.
Restaurant serves a limited "planche" menu all freshly prepared and clearly popular with locals. More than adequate and good value for money. We enjoyed our evening there.
Breakfast served buffet style, fresh, plentiful and located in a farmhouse style room with quirky crockery. Very pleasant.
Maybe a better sign to show the turn off to get into the hotel location.
It's literally a gap in a roadside barrier and if you miss it - not a great place to turn your car around.
4.1

interesting wine tasting from well informed staff

excellent breakfast
unfortunately restaurant not open but owner recommended a great seafood place in Guissan plus transport- could not have been nor helpful
