What a gorgeous B&B! It is like something out of a movie. Olivier was so welcoming (and helpful with tricky car maneuvring) and a friendly, attentive host. The house is perfectly situated in the town (under 10 min walk to major sites and great restaurants) but feels really secluded and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here!

This house was gorgeous. It had a lovely terrace in the garden for a beautiful breakfast served with home made jams.

Villa Margo represents the best of Provence. We were charmed from the moment we entered. It is an elegant old home in a quiet, but accessible part of town. The decor is elegant and simple. Everything worked without effort. The hosts, Jean-Yves and Olivier couldn’t have been more kind. Delicious breakfast, sweet and very polite dog, I hope to return soon!

Great location. Jean-Yves was very accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable. if you have a car, he has parking but it’s very difficult to get a small car into the yard, particularly on on a Saturday
parking is iffy

Excellent location within the walls of Avignon. Oliver is an excellent host and offered very helpful advice regarding restaurants and things to do. Recommend highly!
No complaints whatsoever. The only thing to bear in mind is that you should get instructions in advance as to how to enter as there is a double gate. Also, a bit tricky if you have an SUV but, again, Oliver came to the rescue.

Jean-Yves was welcoming, helpful, generous and of good advice, and yet exquisitely reserved and discreet in his presence around.

Great location so close to many Avignon sights and walks. Helpful host. Nice breakfast. Convenient to have parking spot for car, especially in old city area.
Not having a bathroom door.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated house, extremely well located within an easy walk from the Pope's Palace and other attractions. The host was extremely attentive and kind and provided lots of tips on what to visit. Breakfast was excellent (croissants sublime) and the room had a superb view towards the Pope's Palace. We drove there and the host provided a parking space in the courtyard in front of the house (needs to be reserved in advance). A haven of peace which was great to retreat to after a busy day's sightseeing.
There was nothing we didn't like!

Breakfast was amazing, the upstairs balcony has a view of the papal place, every thing was spotless, the location made visiting Avignon a breeze and our host made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
Only one room had an air conditioner, and it was 40* C

I travel a lot but I can say this was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The villa is perfect and stylish, room and bathroom were very big and comfortable, breakfast fresh. We had company of 2 adorable pets - Luna and Fan-Fan. The hosts were also great and provided us with the travel tips. Villa is very close to the center and Avignon is definitely a great place to stay.
Nothing, all was perfect! I'll stay there again in the future :)

Home-like atmosphere in old building with lovely decor. We had the Deluxe Suite on the top level which had two bedrooms and a roof terrace. Quality sheets and towels which were very clean. Helpful and professional host. Liked that there was private parking at the B&B.
Did not expect the location of B&B to be within the Medieval city walls. Driving a mid-size rental car in this area was a challenge.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Great hosts with wonderful information given. Terrace for breakfast was delightful! Loved the resident dog and cat.
Air conditioning was not great and windows did not all have screens.

Everything! You really feel the owners put love info the place. From the very tastefully decorated room till the very refined, delicious breakfast. Also it felt very homey with their sweet cat and dog walking around.
And finally; the location. In the cutest area of Avignon and nearby all the top sites like palais des Papes and the bridge.
Some shampoo would have been handy

B&B Villa de Margot has an excellent location. It is just a short walk to the Palace des Papes, the Palace Garden, the city center, the Rhône River, and the famous Pont d'Avignon. The room was clean and comfortable and Jean-Yves' breakfast was amazingly delicious.
Fortunately, there is parking on site but here's a warning: the entrance gate is narrow and the courtyard is tight. You are advised not to drive a large vehicle.

The two hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The French breakfast was very tasty. We had a suite with a terrace that almost made us feel at home. We really liked the parking lot at the house. Thank you for this great stay.

We had a comfortable room in a very pretty vine-covered house with a lovely garden. After arriving we sat in the garden to eat the snacks we brought. Jean-Yvette greeted us warmly and helped with the parking and baggage and plates and glasses for our picnic. Our room was quite small but it was advertised and priced as such so I can’t complain and it has a nice view of the Palais des Papes, and garden and very clean proper bathroom . Two small things: we would have liked a choice of softer pillows plus more outlets to plug in devices. Breakfast was fine and location very convenient from the highway and close to the walled city. Please note there is an extra 15euro per day for parking and you must have a very small car to enter the gate.
Getting in the gate with the car.

The Villa de Margot is set back from the road with its own courtyard within the walled city. it was beautiful and peaceful. it felt like staying in a friend’s house, stylish and comfortable. It is really easy to find! although I wouldn’t recommend driving in Avignon unless your car is tiny! There is parking at the property.

Excellent location with key landmarks within walking distance. Beautifully decorated, aesthetics play a key role here and it is obvious that the hosts have spent time and effort in all the details. You feel at home, while you are far from home. Hosts were friendly, polite, professional and available as needed. Luna, the cream retriever is an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this place.
Walls are a bit thin. I was lucky, as there were no other guests for the 2 out of the 3 days of my stay but if the unit is full, all guests need to respect the privacy of others by keeping noise to minimum.
