Location is far from center, but on the next street from night life area. It's not bothering you if you don't like parties, I didn't even noticed noise on my first night. On the second one I learned that it's nice area with night life and street art. It's about 40-50 min walk to the city center. It's fine by me, but I'm pretty sure if you don't like walk you can find trams or buses.
For this money place was absolutely fine

Everything was great. The collection of keys and drop off as well. The apartment was clean. Washroom had a lot of towels which I really liked. It had iron and airdryer as well.

good location, in the midst of the Neustadt, a very cool neighbourhood and also a few metres away from a tram stop, 10 min to the Altstadt (or 30min by foot).
I never saw anyone from reception, actually there is no reception to speak of. You are given a code to input in a safe and that makes your key drop, you do the same when you check out. I guess if I had issues I could have called the number provided (but it was easy enough so I didn’t need to). The room wasn’t very clean, although the bedsheets seemed to be. You share a bathroom with another room on your “apartment”, but I was lucky enough to have it all for myself because no one was in the other room. And there is no kitchen or kitchenette, only a kettle (which worked but I had to wash on the inside because there were pieces of dust etc). The staff kept switching off the heating after I had put it on both in the bathroom and the room, and although it was April it was 10 Celsius outside so I had to come back to a freezing room in the evening—not cool. The drinking water they provided in the room (one bottle) was obviously from a tap and had some stuff floating around (plus it was greenish—although that might have been the discolouration of the bottle itself). TV doesn’t work. WIFI doesn’t work either. There were draughts coming from the windows, and the curtains were very flimsy, thin and didn’t provide darkness at night (beware to bring an eye-mask if you want to sleep past dawn). Overall, it was on the cheap side so I guess you get what you pay for, although general cleanliness is a must in any hotel in my opinion, regardless of the price.

Cozy apartment. Great location. Easy check in.

Good location: 30 min to the old town and 15 min to Military history museum by walking. Parking for the car for free in 5 min walking.
There could be more dishes, table tools and vine glasses. Also, as it is apartment, maybe no need to change the bath mats every day? :) But in general, apartment simple but good.

Pension is very well located, there are lot of restaurants in the nearby, connection to the centre is excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with every equipment you might need for a shorter stay. It actually looked much better than on the photos. Smooth check in, sufficient communication. My children enjoyed the stay very much.
Slightly less comfortable beds and pretty cold in one room.

Wifi was not working. Like at all.

The property is in the heart of Neustadt, a vibrant part of Dresden but still a quiet place because it's bordering the park. The room has a high ceiling, so the volume is big and during the summer it's still cool inside.
The entrance door is difficult to find. It is between two cafes. So I'd recommend the owner to take picture of the entrance door and download it to every room description saying "This is THE door" :-).
Wi-Fi was almost non-existing - I could connect to the Wi-Fi itself but it had no internet connection. The owner tried to solve it and it worked for a few minutes (!) and then disconnected again never coming back. It could also be only my problem but I had it with both my phone and laptop.
It was quite sunny during my visit, so it was very bright in the room since early morning. I'd recommend putting heavy dark curtains, so guests will not wake up just because of the sun.
Location. Many people come to Dresden for the beautiful baroque city center. It is about 30 minutes walk from the apartment. It's not that bad and the way to the center is also interesting. But something to consider.

Location is good, beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was nicely equipped, the bathroom was clean even though 2 rooms were sharing it, host was nice and allowed us an earlier check in
The table was very dirty with bread crumbs and other remained food, the couch wasn't clean either. There was no shampoo in the shower

The flat has very good location, there are only 2 trams going from the nearest stop, but we've used only one to travel everywhere, and also it's not that far to walk to the old city center (in November there was not the best weather for longer walks tho, so We used the tram).
Everything was fine, except that after the first night at about 11 am, we were still in the flat and the owner came. He opened the door with his own keys except that I've closed them from the inside. He just wanted to take something from the wardrobe, but You know it was weird, that he didn't knock or something.

Fantastic location in Dresden Neustadt the most vibrant part of the city IMHO, and also close to Hechtviertel, and train station Bahnhof Neustadt. Room was very clean, bed comfy, bathroom spotless -- absolutely no issue. Friendly staff!
Some noise in the evening from the nearby pubs / people going home, but double glazed windows which would have kept the noise out if I had closed them. Some noise of neighbours doing some woodworking at 9am, but again, I had my windows open and it was a pretty civil time. The place looks a bit grey from the outside, but don't let that deceive you, the interior is great!

It is located in a strategic area, you got a lot of services around and you reach the main touristic attractions in a few minutes!
At night you close the windows and you do not hear anything, you can enjoy a good night of sleep staying there!
The owner, Michael, is very friendly and always willing to help!

The location is perfect for those who like to party at night. It also close to a nice park where people meet to do several activities in summer. The room was big and the bathroom was always very clean.
Sometimes the staff is not available at the reception bu they are very relaxed with the entrance of the guests. You might need to be very specific at your arrival time or you might need to be waiting to check in at the hotel.

The location of the property is perfect for travel across Dresden and is in quite a modern and lively neighbourhood. I also received a free upgrade to a larger apartment which really was a benefit to my stay.

Clean and nice for a family.
Good location but very messy if you’re traveling by car. We also lacked a freezer in order to cool down some elements for the baby food cooling bag.
