Чудесно място за почивка.

Отлично местоположение - близо до плажа. Поддържа се отлична чистота - всеки ден се чисти апартамента. Общите части също. Страхотен морски изглед от балкона. Бях резервирала суит, а ни настаниха в апартамент с всекидневна с кухня и спалня на същата цена. Мястото е отлично за почивка.

Superb

Excellent sea view from the rooms balcony. Very clean room and property at all. Available option for safety parking.

No Wi-Fi connection in the room, need to be shared in advance with room reservation.

Nice new hotel right next to the beach

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, on a small elevation right next to it and has a nice view. The apartment was spacious and mostly clean. Convenient parking was available at a small fee. The pool was great.

The apartment build quality was somewhat low - bathroom fittings were loose, one of the toilets leaked on the floor when used, the tub was installed oddly with gaps between it and the walls in which water leaked. Canals in bathrooms had an unpleasant smell. There's also an unfinished and unused building right next to the pool area towards the sea view. Although it's not dilapidated and in a fairly good condition, it's still an eye sore. The path to the beach goes around it and is somewhat unkempt.

The view was excellent and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Overall great value for the price.

We visited in May so the restaurant and pool were not open yet.

Exceptional

Lovely hotel, location is spot on ,very close to the beach.The view from our room 56 was panoramic just stunning. We had equipped kitchen.The reception staff was so helpful and welcoming.Diana was amazing, Julia and Kiko as well. They are doing their job with pleasure and you can feel that from first sight. The facilities was good such as game room, kids play room and a playground, green surroundings and wonderful views from the hotel terraces. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty and the service was good. Our stay was perfect and we left the hotel with smile on our faces. Highly recommended!

Beach is relatively close but located several tiers lower than the hotel - going back is a climb.

Best Aparthotel from Sinemorets

Very close to Botamyata beach. They have a big pool and they also serve breakfast. Also big parking place but only if you pay 10 leva/day. The breakfast options are simple but ok for a morning start. Clean and big room. So, normal conditions.

The fact that if they have a pool they don' t serve beverages, because the restaurant is not open during the mid day.

Definitely a good value and the place is very good.

The front desk staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and daily service great. The restaurant had tasty food. The pool was very nice. No fighting for space and plenty of shade. Beach is a short walk down a ramp.

1. The waiters (more like we were the WAITers) Took forever and not a smile. 2. Lifeguard was hiding from the sun and only came out to lower our umbrellas. Why ? Who asked him too ? Just weird and annoying. 3. “Beachfront” is not actually true. Although very very close 😊😊😊 4. Nothing to do with property but there is no nightlife at all. Boring if you are looking to party a little.

The location is really nice, the apartments are large and most of the staff are kind and helpful

There was literally zero Wi-Fi in our apartment. Last time we were in a different one and there was at least a connection even though it was not enough for a video call. Probably it depends on the location, but still I consider this a huge disadvantage especially these days…we would have easily stay another week if it was possible to work from our apartment. Probably I would not go again next year, which is a waste since it is a really nice place…

I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come back sometime.

Great hotel with large, apartmentlike rooms (my room was 70 m2 and had a kitchen and washing machine!). Perfect for families. Kind and helpful staff, good food at the hotel restaurant, nice pool, beautiful surroundings and perfect location next to the Butamyata beach. All this at a good price!

A convenient harbor 200m away from a beach

Garage and plenty of parking opportunities in the fields around the hotel. Location is on the coast. The apartment is spacious enough for 2 or 3 people, well-furnished, clean and quite. Professional and polite personnel.

There is a difference in furnishings of different apartments from the same kind. The hotel is little bit away from the village and night walks may be a challenge because of street lamps lack. There were auditable noises from the neighbors and from the people in the restaurant or around the outdoor swimming pool. The bathroom was very dark. The bathtub’s curtain was ragged and for replacement.
