Tolles Appartement, gut ausgestattet, schöne Küchenzeile, nah am Strand und shopping Mall fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Herr şanan hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und ein zimmer zur poolseite statt zur straße gegeben.
Parksituation war leider immer recht schwierig und wegfahren war meistens mehr stress als schön.

Хороший персонал в отеле. Всегда были готовы помочь. Отель еще был в процессе ремонта,но несмотря на это было комфортно. Кухонные принадлежности,все необходимые имелись. Рядом магазин с недорогими продуктами,рынок по определённым дням буквально под окнами. До моря недалеко,я всегда на велосипеде. Пешком минут 15.

Есть кухня и бассейн персонал улыбается, балкон удобный, минимальный набор посуды для готовки, места много, кондиционер отлично работает, ванна чистая и удобная, есть гигиенический душ что редкость достаточно.
Цена неоспоримый плюс.
Обманули с пляжем, в объявлении указано что это первая линия, это полная ложь пляж достаточно далеко, а еще нет браслетов чтобы пользоваться шезлонгами и зонтиками иди ищи каждый раз место куда кинуть полотенце и надеейся что по нему не потопчут другие.
Ремонт номер хороший хоть к шкафу и были вопросы а вот сам отель реновации не очень то и видел и выглядит потрепанным и устаревшим.

Alanya'nın en soğuk ayında bu otelde konakladık. Odadaki klima yeni ve yerlerin parke olması ısınma konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamamıza neden olmadı. Otelin internet hızının bu kadar iyi olacağını tahmin etmemiştik, hatta balkonlarda bile internet erişimi vardı. Duş ve mutfakta gün boyunca kesintisiz sıcak su bulunması da ayrıca memnuniyet vericiydi. Bu sefer kısa bir süre için geldim, ancak bir sonraki ziyaretimde günlerce burada konaklamayı düşünebilirim.

We planned to stay in Bella Rosa Apart hotel for a couple of nights however eventually we stayed there for over a month. We even spent Christmas and the New Year's Eve there. This was predominantly thanks to the apartment facilities and the staff. The hotel apartment was very convenient for us for a longer term stay and is a great value for money.
Having been refurbished just recently it is a very clean and neat place with a stylish design. It is very well equipped, with a kitchenette and a spacious living room with 2 comfy sofas. Additionally the bed in the bedroom is very large, the mattress is new and extraordinarily comfy. All appliances work very well. Also there is a spacious balcony so that you can enjoy your meals in the sun.
The staff and the hotel manager are very friendly and extremely helpful and they accommodated all our needs. The hotel manager and some staff members also speak very good English which helped a lot in communication. The place is located near public transport and there is a local market (bazaar) just nearby every Monday where you can buy excellent local fruit and veg. A few other supermarkets as well as restaurants and kebab places are also within a few mins walk. The beach is just 8 mins walk away. We will definitely be coming back to Bella Rosa in the future. In short, a superb holiday apartment for a short and a long stay. Highly recommended!

If you stay on first floor, you probably have hot shower. If you want a silent room ask for back side rooms, because the hotel is close to main road with heavy traffic.

I really liked this hotel! Nice room, great view from room and lobby. Great staff to help with any question. Lobby especially liked. This is something like a cafe with a wonderful view of Alanya and the sea. Good internet speed over Wi-Fi.
Sometimes noisy due to the number of cars heading to Alanya Castle. And opposite the hotel is a mosque, so be prepared to wake up with a morning prayer ;)

The location was excellent, the sea was nearby (7-10 min.), the swimming pool in this hotel was good, the staff was very helpful :)
The furniture in the room was old (we had apartment), the bed linen was uncomfortable, the water flowed soo badly in the shower, sometimes there was no hot water at all.

In the apartments, even paper is missing
toilet that at the reception in the evening as soon as I arrived the clerk replied that he did not have any, so I had to adapt, with any paper to clean myself (I had
emailed the manager, but got no reply)
So before you decide to come to this facility you have to
arrive with toilet paper ... because if you arrive in the evening or you notice it in the evening, you will have to clean yourself with stones as he did, the primitive man of Neandhetrthal (and unacceptable means having little respect for customers, a good manager, these things must know them)
In the apartments there is a bit of everything, besides toilet paper,: in one apartment there was also no stove, which they took from another room, there was no garbage basket, there were no cutlery, plates, and there was no adequate pan for cooking ... and there was no need for cleaning, no sponge and no washing up liquid ... in short, you always have to go down to the reception to ask what is missing.
Noises in the corridor that acts as a sound box, doors not soundproofed with the corridor ... shower with silicone IMPOSSIBILITY TO ADJUST THE WATER FOR THE SHOWER ... etc etc

First of all, this hotel has a great location!
Good, calm district, a lot of different shops nearby, metro, migros, bim, Alanyum mall 10 minutes walking, 5-7 minutes to the sea, a lot of cafes and restaurants close, farm markets super close twice a week! You can also easily walk to the city center, enjoy the promenade and get there quite quick!
Secondly, the prices are good, even during the high season you can have a very great deal and this surely means a lot, especially for a budget travelers as I am!
Thirdly-great internet, which you do not need to buy additionally! You can work online, have google meets without any interruption, this is a super cool option as many other hotels either do not have it or simply charge you additionally. Also, you can work from the room or in the sunny lobby, really enjoyed the second location a lot!
All employers are super helpful, friendly, nice and kind people, ready to give you any advice/support anytime!
For me attitude is the most important always and here at Bella Rose people welcome and treat you with respect and compassion!
The last, but not the least, they helped me greatly with the airport transfer and charged me only 150 liras (less than 10USD), while another hotel sent me an offer for 65 euros (!!!) Feel the difference!

The wi-fi was really good, fast and reliable, even though we lived on the 3rd floor. Had no trouble working remotely from my room. The rooms were very spacious with lots of furniture and an equipped kitchen which was also nice. All facilities in the room worked flawlessly despite being worn down. The hotel was honest about the fact that the rooms aren't in great shape and everything is a bit old and worn down and that they're working on fixing that. Overall it's a great hotel for it's price if you're looking for a cheap and comfortable stay.
The room was very very cold. Wasn't really a problem for me, just putting it out there for anyone who is considering staying there during the cold months. We had two rooms in our suit, and one of them didn't have an aircon, so the temperature there was practically the same as outside (and it was around 4-6 degrees Celsius when I stayed there in March). Walking out of the shower was like taking a trip to Antarctica. Luckily, the bedroom had an aircon which worked well, so we were able to keep the sleeping area nice and warm. I'm assuming it won't be a problem if you stay there during warm months.

It's a quite worn-out place deserving a serious face-lift. Everything is operational, but at the limit of capacity. Particularly mind the crockery-cutlery aspect. Very limited number of items and uses. Literally, tea, and everything else, for two only.
The price tells the entire story. Longer stays would be a questionable proposition.

The staff was really helpful, but it did not improve the situation. It is not proper hotel to stay on holidays.
It was not totally bad, but the rooms are very basic and really old. The bed linen was very shabby. The towels were dirty. We would not stay here for the second time.

Bella Rosa was really nice! I stayed for 15 days total, 8 of them with a friends and the rest alone. The staff was super friendly and very helpfull. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing was the kitchen supply, it could be upgraded a little.
Kitchen supply - like a bread knive, more knoves and spoons for cooking, amd basic stuff.

Location is perfect, I love that a bit outside center, was more normal. Beach is super close. Building is cute, u have space for sit outside room. One of the cheapest place in Alanya. Rate for price ok!
I would like stay in this place again but are a couple things what is good write to u:
- Internet is not stable. If u are coming for holiday, will be absolutely ok! But if U need do something more advanced like work, upload files is not colorful, because internet is systematically cutting.
- Is not there a few things what u see in the room on booking - is not watching machine, kettle or iron. Not so super important but when I pleased them about do me laundry (was sure that is for free bcs was like that in description by booking, even there I will get private watching machine, pity was problem. Guy from the reception started be nervous, wanted payment. Finally they did my 1 laundry but it was not nice atmosphere and loosing around half around for speaking. They are not giving the same any detergent, what is in the description on booking.
- they are not cleaning, only if u please, but they will come and clean just ground
- and IMPORTANT - when u pay by card, them bank charge U a few procent of amount! I never get problem like that in any another place in Turkey and the worst they on the reception they didn’t tell me about it! For start I lost 7,5 euro because they didn’t inform me and later suggest that probably my bank took it ;)
Please take cash for don’t loose in stupid way money.
That all. General is ok!, only personal is quiet weak point plus they safe money how they can, like not giving u toilet paper, not cleaning. Hope will be useful for u this information. How I told - I wish back, but is not everything like on booking description. :)

Cozy apart hotel in Oba, Alanya. Small, but very clean apartment with all the necessary furniture and the balcony.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, all issues were resolved within half an hour :) Cleaning tools are in the room, so you can clean up whenever you want.
Walk to the sea takes 7 minutes. The neighborhood is very safe with a lot of local supermarkets, café, shops, local farmers market one time per week. Also Metro supermarket is within 10 minutes by walking.
The hotel building is close to a busy road, so you always hear the noise, even at night. To keep the room quiet, you need to close the windows. There is no dishwashing detergent or sponge in the kitchen. I would also like to see a little more variety of utensils, such as a small saucepan and a small skillet.
