Outstanding and very beautiful place, very well kept. We stayed during the week and it was very pleaseant. The staff is very courteous and professional. A great experience!
Coffee machine in the room or in the lobby to get started in the morning -- a minor detail :-))

Gorgeous, one-of-a-kind hacienda. Historical, yet comfortable and classy.
Nothing.

We loved the historical room, the private pool, and the jacuzzi. The whole property is like heaven on earth, with historical buildings and beautiful gardens and landscape. The food was great in the restaurant and the staff was very nice.

Absolutely phenomenal. This place has probably the most beautiful surroundings I have ever seen. I can't recall ever spending that much time just walking around and taking pictures of magical corners located on the premises. It is so huge and its interior tastefully combines tradition with modern facilities. Absolutely worth a visit.
It would have been great if there was wifi in all rooms.

The place is beautiful, and very well kept, and everything there makes you feel like you are back in the past, in a true Hacienda. Is full of amazing antiques. The staff was very kind and helpful. The library/TV room is amazing, with a giant TV screen, and they have Netflix! (not many hotels have this), this same room can be used for remote working, and is very comfortable.
The food in the restaurante was just OK, and from a place like this, I would expect something better. Also, the en-suite bathroom in our room could be improved a bit (the bathtub and pfaucets now look a bit old)

Beautiful property.
The place was pretty empty. I had a couple staying in the room next to me, I could here every word
there were saying. I ask management to change rooms He could not accommodate my needs. Not happy!

If you are looking for a romantic Mexican hacienda with a lot of history then this place is for you. We felt like thrown back a couple of hundreds of years ago and had a wonderful time exploring this huge property. Even days later we found new hidden places. If you have found them all you may want to explore the surroundings by horses. The food and staff were - as always in Mexico - absolutely fantastic.
If you need to work remotely then the wifi internet connection may become an issue for you. In the common area it is no problem to have a video call, but in the room it is way too slow. I however appreciated a desk in the room.

Gorgeous 15 century hacienda with all the amenities! Perfect for a weekend getaway. The spa was amazing! Best margaritas!
Poor signage for such a large property. A little hard to find using GPS. Staff not very friendly. Poor wifi and cell phone service. Would be great if they had a store inside to but sun block, bug repellent, souvenirs. Food not that great.
