Propre et facile d accès

Malgré un petit problème sur la chambre réservée, la nouvelle chambre correspondait cependant à nos attentes. La jeune fille à l accueil s est bien démenée pour effectuer le changement de chambre. Bien vu la machine pancake, j ai beaucoup aimé.

Globalement, rien à redire mais je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi la chambre réservée ne présentait pas de rideaux car la lumière extérieure est constante et forte. Loin de tout mais facile d accès.

Not Happy at all, my reservation got change to 1 bed.

My reservation was change and I had to sleep on the floor one night cause they didn't had to beds available, Manager didn't do anything to try to help me, Very frustrated that I had to sleep on the floor and that my reservation was change wen I had reservation since April.

huge untapped potential

geographical location

One out of two employees is very cordial, friendly, and helpful. The others are silent, do not initiate conversation, and avoid providing information. They try to minimize contact with customers. You always have to be the first to say hello. The room is cleaned only one day out of three. The soundproofing of the rooms is very poor, and indicating "Do not disturb" on the door is pointless. The employees shout as if they were at the Super Bowl final, making it impossible to sleep past 9:30 AM.

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis und ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war gut und der Raum ausreichend groß genug. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und hell. Der Interstate führt zwar in der Nähe vorbei, man hört aber kaum etwas.

A perfect stay is in the little details.

I loved the breakfast with so many great options. I loved the pool table, games, and back patio in the lobby. The lobby was just so inviting. I loved that the temperature control in the room was on an actual thermostat and ibdidnt have to keep adjusting a wall unit. Comfortable bedding. I loved that there were actual human amounts of soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. With three adult women with long hair staying in one room, it was nice to just have what we needed in the hotel and not have to go buy stuff to wash our hair. The shower with a glass door was great and it even had a little foot shelf to put my foot on when I was washing and shaving my legs. The details of what people need have definitely been thought through at Tru!

Good value

Staffed shut off access to my room before checkout . Checkout isn't until noon and we left. Few minutes sfter 11 and I couldn't get bzck in. They even knocked twice.

Relaxing,clean,covenant

All of the front desk and maid service was impeccable and very respectable to me.Every one of the employees that work at the TRU Hilton were very helpful and took care of any question or concern I had. I would stay here anytime I'm in Lehi area hands down all around GREAT experience! I highly recommend anybody in the Lehi, West Highland area look into the TRU Hilton west of I-15 Freeway. I needed to book earlier to reserve the nights and rooms I was seeking. Live and learn. Thanks again to the the person that does the hiring here at Tru Hilton it was a Great Experience. If I had my own hotel I would hire the exact same people to take care of my customers they were trained correctly and properly informed of what their job entails thank you again, bye.

I couldn't book a week straight in advance once I realized how good of an experience it was going to be but I won't make that mistake again. I have stayed in the most expensive nicest four star five star hotels in the country and I would rather stay here than any of those snobby places.

Breakfast was very good. It was very busy but a lady named Precy Mazo (or something like that) worked busily and kept everything stocked and organized. No one gave her any attention, much less thanks, but it was obvious to me that she was responsible for the great breakfast experience. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms are well designed with guests in mind because the number and placement of plugs and USB chargers is great. Perfect pressure and temperature shower as well.”

Decent stay

Staff was amazing. They were very helpful and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable.

Rooms were small, and there was not very much storage. Floors were sticky ,like they had not been properly cleaned.

Good but fees and price a little frustrating.

The view is beautiful and the bed is comfortable

The bathroom sink is really small and there’s no room to place your products. And another thing that bothered me is that is not very clear that the hotel is inside a canyon and you have to pay the canyon fee to get in. A person that is not from the area wouldn’t know that and it caught off guard.

I would recommend the tru Hilton for nice relaxing getaway.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have fun front area for families pool table and nice reading area. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was a nice relaxing place to stay. It is in a great location close to shopping and family fun activities.

pretty accessible right off the highway. Very colorful so it made it look lively. The night shift lady and the graveyard lady were very nice and approachable.

Breakfast could have have a little bit more of a variety. The morning shift lady wasn't approachable and felt like we were bothering her when we talked to her about a few things regarding breakfast. Was only nice when the gentleman was there at checkout.

Overall we enjoyed our stay even with the issues encountered. We would try this brand again.

We liked the breakfast and the location was very convenient. The rooms were nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and they tried very hard to resolve an issue we had with the room.

Had a problem with the first room they put us in. It did not have a privacy/blackout curtain, so they put us into another room and the privacy/blackout curtain was broken and could not be raised, so we could not look out the window.

They charged my card multiple times and just kept apologizing then the next day would charge it again and after we had multiple three way calls with my bank the returned it all and but once offered anything to make it right and put my bank account in the negative it was a joke

Wonderful place to stay

The breakfast was great every morning. Very friendly staff! The room was clean and quiet. Loved the curtains, they closed out all the light. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Enjoyed the lobby with games and tables to play them at. And a nice pool table too. The whole experience was just wonderful! Will definitely be our go to place in this area!

Bad hotel experience.

Close to many activities and stores. The guy that helped us check in after an hour + waiting is really nice and welcoming.

I understand they have short staff but at least let us know if we will have to wait 1hr + for our room to be ready. We got there at 3 which is the check in time and the girl said on a few min it will be ready which turned into an hour and we had to meet family at 4. Which we ended up being late to. Our room was next to the laundry room & we Couldn’t sleep all night because they had that door open and three fans on that were loud. We were able to hear it even with our ac going in the room. I asked front desk if they could turn them off or close the door to it and she said “ it gets really hot in there” mind you they didn’t have any laundry going. Finally to top it off we got ready to get breakfast at 7:40 am only to find there was hardly anything there & the pancake machine kept acting up. Ice machine on first floor was broken, our sink was clogged, beds were dirty. We have been to this hotel many times before and never had these issues until now. We will be trying to different hotel on our next visit.

It was pet friendly and unfortunately pets were urinating in the floor in lobby and elevator. Dog owners were not cleaning up after dog.

Close to the freeway, food & shopping

We only stayed one night and didn’t get there until 8pm so we didn’t really have time to find something we didn’t like.
