The room was absolutely lovely, very quite, looks just like the picture, the view from the room was amazing. The tour of the property upon arrival was very interesting, thank you for that! The pool was incredible and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, amazing breakfast and great tour and wine tasting included in the stay.
The rooms are not in the main building of the Chateau. The bed is too soft.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful decorated. Service by staff was excellent, breakfast had many options.
Nothing, everything was up to expectations.

Amazing! Beautiful property, large rooms, excellent staff (thanks to Hugo & Manuel!), we loved it so much we would stay again the next time we are in the Bordeaux area. Opening our window to look into the vineyards was so beautiful and romantic. The winery tour was fantastic as were the additional meat & cheese trays in the evening. Quiet, peaceful and so perfect. I’d recommend to anyone visiting in the area
Not one complaint at the Chateau!

It was very tranquil and a beautiful 50m external swimming pool. The setting was very pretty.
It is a remote location with no evening food/drink facilities, or staff - i.e. you need to leave the property to find a restaurant/bar for dinner, which was a bit strange. The room, although beautiful and comfortable had no kitchen facilities. And as there is no village or restaurants within walking distance, it necessitates a car journey.

Wonderful location and so peaceful. The beautiful pool was an unexpected bonus. Wonderful cheese and ham plate for dinner and excellent breakfast

Stunning Chateau in the heart of Margaux. The room was superb as was the view over the vineyard. Wonderful breakfast. The wine is excellent and the shop superb also.
I had chosen Chateau du Tertra based on the hope of getting a tour from the owner. Unfortunately this did not happen as I was told he was unwell. The wine tasting was ok. It did feel little rushed.

Amazing location and installations at the heart of wine country; if you want quietness, great views and superbly designed rooms this is the place....great breakfast....many good restaurants nearby
The wifi has an annoying timer that shuts off often; hard to find the front desk when you arrive
9.0
The Chateau, the rooms, the personnel, the surroundings, the tour and tasting (for free) and the breakfast.
It would have been nice if there was a bar where could order some drinks in the afternoon or evening or even a restaurant. But then again the property only has a few rooms.

The property is beautiful and well kept.
Customer service was horrible.
1. There is no welcome/reception desk. We spent 15 min looking for an unlocked door to enter the property.
2. There is no restaurant, no bar nor snack area for guests. Restaurants were more thar 30 mins from tbt property.
3. There is no overnight staff available for emergency or for room care if needed.
4. The wine tour was subpar.
Do not stay at this facility, not worth it!!

The view. Cheese board, wine and breakfast was great.
No English channels on TV. Unsure where to check in. Wine may have been a bit overpriced. Wine tasting was minimal.

Everything was perfect here. The bed was so comfortable, and the enormous bathroom with a window above the tub overlooking vineyards was deserving of social media photos. Bahaha. We stayed in some other very nice places on our trip, but the bed and bathroom stand out. Serene and gorgeous. The pool is the most photographed aspect of the property, so I don’t feel the need to mention it here. The kitchen and veranda where breakfast is served is also stunning.
Man…take me back. The people working here in hospitality/at the vineyard are lovely. Also we really enjoyed our tasting, and the French girl who led the tour and Aussie guy working there who came along were nice and cool. I talked too much, so sorry, guys.
I couldn’t come up with the smallest detail I didn’t like to be honest.

Friendly staff, informative tour and tasting, very spacious and comfortable room.
The entrance and parking could be better sign posted, but otherwise our stay was perfect.

Lovely room and bathroom. Beautiful setting and view. Ample space. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. The château tour by Camille was excellent as was Rosie's breakfast service.
Lack of lunch and dining options coupled with the lack of in-room refrigerator.
Unpredictable pool availability.
Priced too high considering the complete lack of amenities.

We had a brilliant stay here. The room was lovely and spacious, and the bathroom had a fantastic bath which was a real treat. They went above and beyond with thoughtful little extras. The breakfast was good and while there was no restaurant on site, the host Camille was extremely helpful both before we arrived and during our stay to help us book dinner and anything else we needed.
The only thing to flag was the use of the pool times were extremely limited which we were not made aware of in advance. We were able to use and sit by the pool on Sunday, but we were lucky as otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to use it between 10am-6pm. If would be good to make this a bit more clearer when booking.
