Encanto antiguo con excelente desayuno

El encanto antiguo de todo el hotel. El personal muy preocupado y diligente. La habitación con vista al lago era muy agradable. El servicio del desayuno es muy superior a varios hoteles de la zona.

El televisor en la pieza puede ser un poco antiguo pero sirve de todas formas y el personal esta atento a resolver cualquier inquietud de uso.

Un hotel hermoso en un Frutillar maravilloso.

Todo , las instalaciones , ubicación excepcional , la atención de todo el personal , muy pendientes de todo durante nuestra estancia , el desayuno maravilloso , una hermosa sala donde mi esposo pudo trabajar a ratos , muy agradable todo.

En realidad me gustó todo .

Estadía agradable

La ubicación muy buena con excelente vista al lago y central.

El tema incómodo es el estacionamiento, pequeño para la cantidad de vehículos que pernoctan. Se debe mejorar la mantención del edificio

Muy apacible!

La propiedad es hermosa, una casa histórica y típica de Frutillar, muy bien remodelada y con detalles de decoración exquisitos.

Lo único malo de las habitaciones del primer piso es que tienen grandes ventanales y entra mucha luz , pese a los cortinados, al amanecer.

Excelente!!

El lugar es muy lindo, cálido, acogedor, espacios amplios, una estupenda decoración, la atención es muy buena, y la habitación es muy confortable.

El aislamiento acústico puede ser menor que en otras estructuras, pero que tiene relación con la estructura antigua de la casa lo cual es su sello característico, no obstante aquello no impide un buen descanso y sueño reparador.

Best location in Frutillar

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Ayacara, and it was an unforgettable experience. The exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made easy to explore Frutillar and my room had an amazing view of the lake. Highly recommended!

Historic and charming hotel on the lake.

The hotel has a great location right on the lake and we could walk out the door and enjoy the town. The breakfast was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Forget sleeping in

Nice location, well preserved old hotel

Wanna sleep past 6:30am???? Forget about it! A large flock of noisy birds (Bandurrias) start up at daybreak. And should you want to commiserate over a cup of coffee, forget about that too! No servicex until 8am. And no, nothing else is open there at 6:30am. Internet works tho’.

Lakefront charm

Perfect lakefront location within easy walking distance of everything in Frutillar Bajo. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The hotel was charming with modern amenities.

Not the hotel's fault but there are squawking birds outside starting at sunrise, don't plan on sleeping in!

Awesome rooms, view and location but only stay on top floor and expect super light breakfast.

Beautiful house with giant rooms and fantastic views and awesome staff.

If someone is staying above you, then you’ll think it’s a herd of elephants when they walk. Breakfast is very, very light. Nothing warm except the coffee.

Southbound Vacation

At first site the Hotel was very charming from the outside and followed throughout the inside as well. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The view of the lake is outstanding. Every morning we were greeted with a wonderful breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. I hope to return and further explore the arra soon.

Location, charm of the house

No english spoken at all, staff doesn't know much about town (told us we have go to Puerto Varas to change money, while there is a change 4 blocks away in Frutillar...)
