Beautiful apartment with amazing views! The landlord and host were both amazing! We loved our stay and would be back!

Exceptional

The Place is a "Wow " with breathtaking views! Unbeatable! Deco tasteful with pure artistic style. House is bright, sunny cosy and comfortable it is clean and perfectly equipped. Seaviev from the balcony/deck is staggering with a great outlook. Close to many attractions. Excellent service ! Kind warm and helpful. Enjoyed our stay ,and will definitely return. A gateway to remember. Unforgettable ! 10 out of 10

I seldom write reviews however feel like this property is mis portrayed: Firstly, the property requires significant maintenance - several broken blinds; filtered water tap in kitchen not working; dishwasher makes a tapping noise; jacuzzi not working; outdoor furniture is tired; sliding door between dining room and patio was off railing and could not be opened; washing machine detergent drawer really dirty; kitchen knives require sharpening Secondly, there are certain quality or standard levels that were not great - for example, there is a really poor washing line that has been hung within the jacuzzi room and looks shabby. Thirdly, there were some safety issues that weren’t great for young kids that I was not aware of - there’s a security gate between the bedrooms and living room - there is a 6inch gap between the gate and floor that has been ‘filled’ by metal spikes downward facing to the floor that could easily catch a toddler’s feet and there is no way of latching the door open - we used a chair which allowed us to intercept the kids if they played with the gate. additionally, there used to be a screen (per-specs / glass I assume) on the patio in front of the railing - this has broken and not been replaced with some of the corners broken off and still remaining. The floor to the patio is painted black - it gets too hot to sit outside and far to hot for kids little feet. we only used the patio in the early morning or evenings. I appreciate there can be a lot of wind - but some measures could be taken to make the patio more welcoming. in the main bathroom, in the shower, there are was a metal soap holder that has broken off, yet the protruding metal has not been removed and caught my arm while showering with my toddler. furthermore - there were cockroaches in the under sink cupboard, and jacuzzi room. it was rather off-putting.

Excellent option and highly recommended at a good price

Great location. House fully furnished with quality bedding, large cable TV with several channels available for free. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, laundry and clothes dryer. The view from the windows and balconies is impressive. Good showers in all bathrooms, hot water always available and strong, The cleaning also deserved attention. We found everything properly cleaned. The cleaning lady deserved our thanks. Very quiet and quiet place, covered and private parking.

we had a problem with internet, which was solved after contacting the supervisor. We also had a lack of electricity for some periods, but it seems that this is not an exclusive problem on the property. We were at the house in a time of strong winds and although the windows are good, some noise was noticed.
