Fabulous location right next to everything. Perfect for beginners in our group as next to the lifts/slopes. Great having the spa area which we enjoyed using after busy day on the slopes!
4.3
The location is as good as it gets! Ski in ski out and close to several restaurants , a
pharmacy, a supermarket, a sports shop. ESF (école des ski France, and Évolution 2) are both very close. The vallon blanc , the ski équipement rental shop that the hotel works with is also right next to the hotel and they provide a 25 percent discount to Levanna guests. Everything is walking distance (1 to 5 minutes away).
The free bus is right outside the hotel and goes to Val Claret and back (it passes every 15 min during the day).
The hotel staff are friendly. Luka at reception is always smiling. Julien was always available to help if anything in the room required maintenance etc. The lady at the restaurant working night shifts for dinner was also welcoming and nice.
Breakfast is good but repetitive and somewhat limited in choice (there are no vegetables).
We are a family of five and the duplex was spacious for us with two rooms and two bathrooms. The upper room however has very low ceilings and one can easily bump his/her head and the stairs are quite tight.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. The room was quite warm and we turned the heaters off when sleeping.
While the jacuzzi and sauna area was quite small, we still enjoyed using them.
In terms of skiing, Tignes was a wonderful choice. It was even snowing three days out of our 6 day stay (which is not common during the last 10 days of April).
We booked ski instructors via ESF and given that our kids are beginners, the first days we didn’t have to buy ski passes as the green slopes and one of the blue slopes are accessible for free. Towards the end of our stay, we bought passes from the Maison de Tignes le lac which is also two minutes away by foot from our hotel. There are passes just for Tignes and other passes for Tignes - Val d’Isère for the more advanced skiers.

Great location near the slopes. Rooms clean and well equipped. Amazing breakfast. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Efficient and friendly staff. Special thanks to Louisiane who was very helpful before and during our stay.
Car park lift access a bit tricky but better than nothing.
4.3
Good location, close to the ski-lifts and SPA, good breakfast.
Small bathroom.
4.3
You couldn't get a better location for ski in, ski out. The hotel is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Excellent breakfasts and most evening meals fantastic too, although some food combinations on the set menu were a little weird or disappointing.
Majority of staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Hotel bar good and nicely decorated, although it shuts quite early.
Nice sauna etc facilities.
Boot room is spacious with plenty of benches.
Tea and coffee making facilities are a plus, as you don't always get them in France.
It is a good idea that you can swap with a sister hotel for your evening meal, but in practice, this was tricky to arrange.
It was annoying that all the 'cheaper' (under £40) wines on the menu 'happened' to be out of stock and the staff recommended wines that were twice the price as an alternative. This happened every night, regardless of which wine we ordered.
Although most staff were brilliant, there were a couple who let the side down and gave the impression that the guests were a bit of an inconvenience.
4.3
EXCELLENT location . All the staff were 5 star .
The spa!! could not really be called a spa. very disappointing. Dingy and dark
4.3
Brilliant location and the staff were absolutely superb. nothing was too much trouble!!
looking a bit tired now and could do with a revamp. the breakfast offering is pretty poor - same every day and pretty limited selection, even more so if you have any dietary requirements.
4.3
Very goid
Some cooking eggs

The breakfast was fine, the location excellent - would be hard to beat. The staff were superb, especially at Reception - nothing was ever too much trouble and always very friendly. Especially the case when my wife injured her knee - even to the extent of Loic actually taking us to the Medical Centre to make sure we could find it (not very obvious!) and to ensure there were no language problems.
The rooms were great - good and spacious
The one thing that we felt was lacking was any lounge area for residents to use both during the day (especially when injured) and in the evening. The only public seating area was also the bar for the terrace outside with only a single door straight to the outside. There were never enough bar staff so there were constant queues for a drink, and constant drafts every time the door to the terrace was opened which on a busy day was every couple of minutes. Although advertised as being open till 11pm every night, if they had a lull in customers it got closed and if you'd been a bit late finishing dinner there was nowhere else to sit or get another drink.
4.3
Location, staff, standard of food, bar, apres ski, terrace all excellent.
Choice of food for both adults and kids could be wider but a minor gripe.
4.3
The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the village, close to lifts, restaurants and cafes. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, though were unable to resolve the issue with our room as the hotel was full
Having paid extra for a room that on the booking confirmation specifically promised “A view of the lake and mountains is offered from the south-facing balcony in this room” - it didn’t. It was west facing, mix of mountain and village. Still lovely, but not what we thought we’d paid for.

Prime location direct on the slope
Nice Breakfast
Comfortable Room
Fantastic mountain and slope view
None

Gourmet food, amazing location, comfortable and clean rooms, reception helps with everything - transfers, ski lessons and equipment. Amazing hotel
Need more place for clothes in general and to hang ski clothes in particular.
The jacuzzi and sauna temperatures should be higher

beyond perfect location and the staff were all so helpful and friendly!
Nothing
4.3
Nice hotel, great room, ok breakfast. Nice bar and good cocktails.
The whole resort smelt of drains. Our master bathroom constantly smelt of toxic drains so left the window open quite a lot. Had to Slee with window open in room as so hot even with all radiators down to 1.
4.3
Perfect location, wonderful staff, good ski facilities, very clean.
Dry air in the room, small shower and lack of a separation of the wet shower area, limited storage space in both bathroom and room.
4.3
Nice staff, room view and hotel location
Adding some vegetables in the breakfast menu will be nice.
4.3
room spacious and very close to town
lovely hotel … breakfast disappointing

4.3
the location was amazing. the staff very friendly and helpful. beautiful views and very comfortable.
would absolutely stay again!
we had a duplex room (I think) the upstairs was very warm and had no windows or circulation. asked for a fan or anything they could provide but there was nothing available.
4.3
excellent breakfast
beds are not long enough. the sauna was not hot enough
4.3
Location and comfortable rooms unbeatable and very friendly staff.
Perhaps a little pricey but location dictates all. Beds a little bit hard.
4.3
location
rooms too small
4.3
location reception staff were really helpful
the waiters and waitresses general surly manor particular unhelpful the breakfast was awful experience every morning without fail
4.3
location was perfect for skiing
bed linen very nice
warm
reception staff friendly and helpful
We paid the same for two rooms however one was ridiculously small and cramped, you could hardly walk around the beds.
Rude restaurant and bar staff
No table or desk in room
No bath in bathroom
breakfast was the same everyday and the cooked eggs stone cold everyday
Coffee was from a machine which was not nice
Food for dinner in the evening was very limited and unsuitable for many teenagers.
4.3
Nice hotel, small but decent rooms, sufficient breakfast, good diner and directly next to the ski slope. We arrived rather late and although the restaurant had closed already, they served us food in our room.
For breakfast and dinner we would prefer a bit more vegetables. In the room there was no space to sit or work at a table. The spa area is nice, but was not well looked after during opening hours. Restaurant staff was doing their job well, but could be a bit more friendly.
