Perfect place. Clean, great location, easy beach lounger rental options, beautiful views, beautiful beach, not too crowded, nice space. Walkable to restaurants and bars, even great grocery store. Excellent choice, would definitely stay again,

Excellent place! Modern amenities, great waterfront balcony view of the gulf and sunsets. You can even go up to the roof for an even greater panoramic view. Best of all we were able to bring our dog. Will definitely be back.

Very pleased with all aspects of this rental.

Treasure Island is a hidden gem in the Tampa Bay area. The beach is gorgeous and sunsets are priceless! Provident Oceana is a great place to stay and provides very nice accommodations. Very nice to be able to bring your pet! Plenty of room to walk them around the property on both sides of the road. Only two downfalls for us were the mattresses were uncomfortable and likely need replacement and the property had no outdoor grills. Other than that, we had a dream vacation!

I absolutely loved this place. I will plan on doing this again. My teenaged boys had a blast. It was clean, location was perfect on the beach access. The experience was just wonderful.

Very deceiving
This listing is very disappointed as it is NOT owner owned and instead a corporate listing . We only stayed here because they allowed pets and we had a 10 week old puppy. This was NOT a pet friendly hotel. There was no where to walk or let the dog out anywhere on the property The room was not clean when we checked in and there were not enough towels and was very hard to get ahold of cleaning service to obtain enough for a week stay. The location is nice as it is right off the beach. The "pool" is half way under a garage and is not somewhere you would enjoy sitting around. This was not an inexpensive stay and we very Very disappointed.

Fall vacation
We loved the property location. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were still sandy and our feet got dirty when we checked in. We swept up a bunch of sand and hair. The beds were not very comfortable.

great weekend
We enjoyed the room. Great to have a washer and dryer when traveling with kids. Only negative comment would be that the trash cans are really small and we were not given any extra trash bags.

Beautiful and Quiet!
This property is new and clean, perfect for the 5 of us. We had a somewhat private section of the beach, not as busy as it was around us. It was sooo beautiful! The pool was that big, but who needs the pool when you have the beautiful gulf right in front of you !! ❤️

Good location
Our family of four stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed it very much. We liked the location since the beach is more narrow than the central part of Treasure Island. The beach is not as crowded there, but its also not to far away from the action (within walking distance). The view from the balcony was superb...especially at sunset. Only 1 parking spot available which was OK for us but could be tough if you had multiple vehicles. All in all it was a good place to stay for us especially since its pet friendly. Thank you!

Staycation
Beautiful property! Right on the Gulf. We enjoyed the sunset every night from our balcony. Able to walk right onto the beach. Our small dog was able to come with us.

We won’t be going back
We’ve stayed at many places in Florida, this being our first with Oceana. Check-in was at 4pm. We checked in, but we were not able to go to the room because they were still “cleaning” it. We waited, having driven 18 hours to get there, we were upset to not be able to get in at the time they give. We went to dinner, and eventually were able to check in around 5:30. No big deal, except the room didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned. There were rags stuffed down the garbage disposal, bits of food left over in sink, the stove hasn’t been cleaned, leftover wrapper on bedroom floor. Just little things like that to drive you crazy when you’ve already had to wait longer than expected due to “cleaning.” The room did have beautiful views and spacious balcony. We were determined to make it work. Due to covid, they said they were not going to be cleaning, yet they didn’t provide anything to clean with. Such as a simple broom to sweep the floors with, being at a beach, can get pretty sandy. In the bathrooms, there is no counter space, no shelving for toiletries, and in the showers, there is no where to put your soaps. We had to sit them on the floor of the shower. The water pressure was awful. Couldn’t get the soap fully out of our hair without standing there for minutes upon minutes. They said dogs are accepted, which they are, yet are not allowed on beach. They had a tiny patch of grass for the dogs to use for bathroom. That patch of grass was mud due to the sprinklers being on 24/7 for 3 days straight, maybe even longer but we had ended our stay. You couldn’t let your dog use the bathroom or get to the beach without getting wet by these sprinklers. One was right on the path to the beach and had a strong force of water. (Wish the bathrooms had that lol) I have never written a review, bad or good, but I felt like these things needed to be noted. We had read reviews about it and were very excited that it had such a high rating. It’s a bummer we had such a negative experience with the room but we made the most of our visit! We loved the location. Not the housing.

Great location - could be cleaner
All was great except cleanliness when we arrived. Garbage from previous group was still in unit and 6 or so dishes were not cleaned so we cleaned them.
Worth it even thought that was annoying and started trip off on the wrong foot.

Wonderful Stay
Oceana on the Gulf is an ideal place to stay. Lovely condo, comfortable bed, fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico, friendly helpful staff, near Publix and restaurants, and gorgeous sunsets right at your back door. Very pet friendly, too!

Perfect place
It was somewhat confusing to locate but once we did we were very pleased. Great location and beach was so convenient. Only complaint was the neighbors tv all night long.

Oceana condo
Easy checking with a great location. Really should be described as a hotel suite. Kitchen was equipped with minimal utensils so if you plan to cook may need to bring own kitchen implements. Pool and hot tub are adequate. Only issue we had was noise level in master bedroom. You can literally hear every word from unit next door through a door in the master bedroom. Coughs sneezes snoring everything. Don’t know if that’s the case in all units but it was in the unit we rented.

We stayed in December and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Our 6 and 9 year olds loved the ability to swim in December. There are 2 buildings for this property. There is one on the canal and the other across the street directly on the gulf. I would suggest the building on the gulf as the view was amazing. However, it is of course more pricey. We took daily walks on the beach. My only complaint was that there was a sign in the bathroom letting us know towels on the floor would be exchanged, garbages emptied, and toilet paper/soaps replenished every 2nd day. However, nobody ever came. We ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom and luckily I had brought some dishwasher detergent with me. The rooms and property were very clean and updated. The balcony was a 10!The neighborhood is safe and we easily walked at night down the street to a friend's rental. John's Pass is a couple of miles down the road with a lot to do for kids and adults. Overall, we had a terrific stay!

50th Birthday celebration
The perfect rental for a girl’s weekend on the beach. The property is well maintained, and clean. Every suite has an amazing view of the Gulf, with access to the quiet beach and pool. Good mix of guests, families, couples and groups of friends like us. The rooftop deck at sunset is a must! We will be back!

Perfect Spot on the Beach
This property is great. It is as if you're staying in a condo right on the beach. You are literally steps away from the sand... This section of beach does not have public parking, making it less crowded. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again.

Excellent beachfront location!
We rented the two-bedroom suite for the holiday weekend and had an excellent stay. The suites are comfortable, offer great views and are pet-friendly. Access to the beach is incredible, just steps our your door. Cabanas and chairs are offered right in front of the property. There is a lovely pool and hot tub, and a spacious rooftop deck with great views. We will return!
