A "Guest Favorite" host who is responsive & ready to help with anything you need. 2. A cozy living room with a reclining couch & oversized chair to hangout in while enjoying the flicker & warmth of the electric fireplace. 3. Drawn to this listing because of location, three queen beds and being pet friendly.
We drove from Fort Worth to pick up our twin grandsons. Have dinner with their dad. We have two maltipoo pups and thought we may have to bring them but we didn't.
Stayed just one night. Loved our accommodations. After dinner my husband and I along with the twins watched a Hallmark movie while the boys devoured complimentary cookies and the fireplace 'crackled'. Sweet evening.
Thank you Texas Tech folks for a relaxing stay. We appreciated your every care, effort.

My wife, daughter and son-in-law all stayed with you during this weekend for Carols of Light and to see our grandson at Texas Tech! We enjoyed our weekend and look forward to another opportunity!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was so welcoming, and had clear communication right off the bat.The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. You can tell the owner cares about the house and her guests. It also smelled good for it being a pet friendly place. We were planning on having a puppy with us overnight but we ended up picking it up the following day, but had I needed to bring the puppy there, It would’ve been perfect for her as well. Enclosed backyard, easy access, beautiful bathrooms, and everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. I would recommend this as a top 10 place to stay!

Just passing through Lubbock; quick overnight stay. Very clean, comfortable house. Snacks and drinks available as well. Good sized fenced in yard if you’re traveling with dogs. House is well stocked. Would recommend.

Short stay for Raider Orientation. Great location with easy access to campus. Kali is a great host! She is friendly and communicates very well. She includes a basket of snacks and a nice mimosa treat for the adults.

The property was clean and well maintained! All appliances working and lots of notes to help with everything from turning on the tv to lights that sometimes flicker. Would stay here again!

Our stay at this home was great for me and my family. Very clean, great location to campus and the owner has everything you need to live there even if temporary. Any questions that come up, bam...there is a little note. Can't recommend this stay enough and we will stay at this location again when we are back in Lubbock. #Wreck'Em

We enjoyed this great space in Lubbock. We were here for a short trip but this place was great!! Extremely clean, comfy beds, well stocked with everything we needed. The snacks and mimosas was a great surprise since we arrived in the evening. The patio was beautiful and relaxing. Property access was easy and owner was easy to reach. I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lubbock. Thanks so much!!

This is our 2nd stay at this property. This stay the property looked a bit rundown and needed a more thorough cleaning. We observed a broken screen door closer, dirty back porch, squeaky master bed frame.
Other wise the interior was in okay shape, and the host did leave snacks and other accompaniments that facilitate our stay. I would recommend the host invest a few dollars to update the paint on the exterior & interior, add some landscaping, leave more wood for use in the fireplace, and clean up the backyard so it’s more presentable.

This is a fantastic property! The owner supplied snack baskets and mimosas. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will be looking to stay here again the next time I am in town.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the sandlot. One of my children had to have surgery at the children's hospital so instead of staying at a hotel we stayed here. The house is less than 10 minutes from the hospital and gave us a ton of room to spread out.

Property manager was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and cozy, in a great location with easy access to University. Made our stay feel like home. I will definitely stay again and highly suggest this place to others visiting Lubbock.

My mom and I traveled to Lubbock for a procedure she had there. We totally LOVED this home!!! We were so comfortable and it’s located close to the hospital. As it turns out, we had to go right back to Lubbock unexpectedly and stayed for a second time in one week.
We’re going back in a couple of weeks and we’ll definitely be staying here again!!!

I would highly recommend this location! The decor inside is cute & there were many thoughtful amenities added. The host has been so communicative from my inquiries prior to booking, to my checking out. The home is big- 3 BR. The outdoor area was so cute. This would be great for a return tech alumni group, even including pups. I love that the owner added a wheelchair ramp at the front entrance.

The home is very clean, super cute, feels much bigger than it is and is in a wonderful location close to campus with easy access all over Lubbock. The host is wonderful!! She is so kind and thoughtful. My husband and I were able to take our dogs for an overnight work function we had to attend. If we go back to Lubbock, I will book here again. Wonderful patio on the back as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Visited Lubbock for the Texas Tech/UT football game - daughter is a freshmen so it was a good family visit and football weekend. It was just myself, daughter, and my younger son, each had our own room and space to spread out.

We stayed at The Sandlot while moving our daughter into her dorm. Location can’t be beat. Beds were super comfy and loved that there were even toiletries provided! Kali left us yummy snacks, coffee essentials, and even champagne and OJ for mimosas!!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to stay there again.

It’s a nice little house in a great location to Tech Campus, Broadway, and Buddy Holly. Kali was a great host and had some snacks and drinks available that were fantastic.

We always stay in Lubbock on our way home from Colorado back to Texas (we split our trip up in 2 days with littles). This was the perfect house for all of our needs (our kids are 6 & 3). We're over staying at packed hotels with all the noise, and this house was the perfect solution. Kali really goes above and beyond with what she provides in this house with snacks, coffee, clean (low tox) toiletries and the location is great to campus and restaurants. The thing I loved the most was how close you can pull-up your car on the side to unload through the laundry room, super convenient with small kids! Thank you, Kali! Your home is so cute and you've thought of everything.

Great visit for summer graduation! House was perfect for family. Everyone in our family gives it five stars. Very well equipped and comfortable. Close to campus, shops and restaurants but quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with owner. Highly recommended!
