Located on the second floor of an end unit, guests of Flip Flop Fun enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Tidewater community pool from the living room, screened porch and master bedroom. You'll love sipping your morning coffee or your evening sundowner cocktail from the comfortably furnished screened porch. Flip Flop Fun features two en suite bedrooms with king size beds and a queen size pullout sofa bed in the living room and access to the Tidewater community pool (which is shared with just 24 other condo units). Guests enter Flip Flop Fun by either taking the exterior stairs closest to the parking lot for Tidewater building I to the second floor or by taking the building's elevator to the 2nd floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. (There are community luggage carts available for your use near the elevator.) There is a small gate that you'll open to access the front porch and the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer / central hallway, which leads to both bedrooms on the right side of the hall and the kitchen, dining area and living room on the left side of the hall. You'll enjoy ocean views from the living room and master bedroom and ocean breezes (as well as views of the Atlantic Ocean and Tidewater community pool) from the private screened balcony located off the foyer/central hallway in between the living room and master bedroom. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the closet in the kitchen.
Pool closes for winter generally Nov to March, typically reopening April 1.

We had a great time! Beautifully decorated condo! Loved that there were two porches…..one that you could sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean and the other that you could leave beach chairs and coolers on so not to drag sand indoors. The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice welcoming touch! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay at Flip Flop Fun was just what we needed! The condo met the expectations set by the descriptions & photos. The access to the pool and the beach was SUPER easy.
We had 2 teenagers with us and we found that the 2 King beds & 2 baths to be a good setup for us to all have our own space (and our own TVs 😊). I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning. We ate several meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed.
I had a lot of questions as I was planning our activities and the host was very prompt in their responses.
We also had great communication with them during our stay. We would book with iTrip again.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The unit was as described. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. The building itself is showing its age and the sound travels easily between floors. Loved the porch and peaceful walks in the neighborhood and on the beach.

Loved this place - location, quality of accommodations, access to the beach all terrific. Everything in the listing was accurate and the communication with the property manager was great. Wine and cookies was a nice touch. Perfect for one or two couples. Would definitely stay here again.

October being a cooler time of year, we wondered about the location. However, it was a great visit. The condo was just as it was pictured and had everything we needed. A bottle of wine and cookies were left for us to enjoy, lovely welcoming touch. This time of year was great, no crowds, felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. Going back sometime, will definitely look at the same condo and time of year. A recommendation for breakfast would be The Vicious Biscuit, went there twice.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Isle of Palms for 5 years now, staying at a different rental each time, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed in so far. We've even stayed at the resort/ hotel, and this still beats it. As a family of four with a toddler and an infant, this condo was perfect. The size and location were perfect, and everything was cleaned very nicely. We had extra towels and bedding, and never felt like we needed more. Overall, the condo was beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice!

Without a doubt, this was the CLEANEST condo we have ever stayed in! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The walk to the beach is convenient. The view is amazing! Our kids loved the pool! Having beach chairs and toys provided was a big help to us. The beds are amazingly soft and comfortable!! Plenty of towels and kitchen/bathroom supplies. There was some daily construction noise on site, but this was well communicated to us prior to our stay and did not bother us one bit. The owners are friendly and communicate well. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This condo was exactly as advertised in the photos. The bedrooms were spacious, and the unit overall was very clean. As a corner unit, it got tons of natural light and the view from the screened in porch made for the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning, a mid-afternoon read (or nap), or a happy hour cocktail. It is close enough to the ocean that you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach from the screened porch, which is always a treat. We took full advantage of the easy access to the beach for morning and sunset walks along the water's edge. The property location is pretty deep into Wild Dunes, which adds a little extra time getting on and off the island, but that also means less crowds on this section of the beach, which is a nice perk. The building and the unit are showing a little bit of age, but they both seem well cared for and overall this was a great place to stay. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall we loved the property. We felt relaxed and comfortable. My only feedback would be the screen in porch was not that clean. It would have been a lovely place to sit but the furniture seemed a little dirty. The furniture on the front porch was in better condition.

Condo was in good shape. Access to the beach and pool were outstanding. We would have enjoyed a bit more of near by local shopping, however Charleston has so much to offer 25 minutes away. We had not been able to take a vacation for a longer than normal period of time due to work responsibilities and this certainly did the trick and provided that great vacation feel.
