OIB Lovin’ Life – Catch rays from the beautiful open deck upstairs or enjoy shady, relaxing days on the ocean-facing covered deck. Our home is steps from the beach. Picture your days going from our outdoor pool to the ocean and back again. Our home is on the desirable west end of the island. The main floor offers a spacious open living room and kitchen floor plan ideal for family to gather. Dine together comfortably at our dining room table which seats ten and wide kitchen bar which seats six.

Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms can accommodate your family members. Two bedrooms (each with two beds) are on the main floor as well as two bathrooms. Ideal for family/friends to have privacy. The upstairs has three bedrooms (king in one, two doubles in the other two). All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Roku.

Amenities include a private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, all cookware, high chair, two booster seats, porta-crib, DVD player, ceiling fans, and secure Wi-Fi. The newly remodeled kitchen has all stainless steel appliances.

Loved our stay in this home and already booked it again for next year. The house is a great size and fit for our family. Communication with Larry, the owner, was superb. He was really quick to respond to messages and was very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting OIB.

We rented this house to facilitate a ladies yoga vacation getaway. There were 8 of us between the ages of 55 and 80. The home was spectacular, immaculately clean and well appointed. The host was amazing, super accommodating, and accessible. The nearby beach access was literally 1 min walk away. We did yoga at the beach, on the upper deck and on the porch. There was plenty of space inside for all our other activities, including discussion groups and art work. The pool was lovely and we had one Soundbath around the pool and one on the upper deck. This host incidentally was one of the few who allowed unrelated groups to stay in his home and he truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success. We are extremely grateful to our host Larry and his wife for making this beautiful venue available to us.

My stay was great!! So close to beach and amazing property even nicer than the pictures show. More place than I thought very clean. The only thing is there was no hot tub as listed, the outdoor shower did not work, and the hot water only lasted about 2 people to shower each day which is rough when there is 15 of us. Other than that I would come back!!!

This home provided everything needed for a relaxing fun-filled weekend at the beach. Location to beach, restaurants, tourist activities is wonderful. Great host who was responsive quickly to inquiries made planning a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

The OIB Lovin" Life house was perfect for our girls' trip. We enjoyed hanging at the pool and relaxing on the front porches. It is really close to the beach access for daily beach walks. The house was clean and well maintained. The communication with the owner was always quick and easy.

The house was just as described and the walk to the beach was so easy. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our trip very much. It was a great house to enjoy family time. Large table for game nights and plenty of outside seating. Hope to be back next year :)

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for the 14 adults. Beach was right across the street but spent most of the time in the pool. A short walk to ice cream, restaurants and mini golf. Quick trip over the bridge to more restaurants and Publix. Already planning another trip!!!

We had such a wonderful day at Larry’s beach house. Another parent and I co-chaperoned beach week for our high school graduates, and the house was everything we needed and more. Truly, the pictures do not do the home justice. The house was immaculate when we got there, the kitchen is probably the best-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! We tried to come up with a kitchen tool that he didn’t have, and we failed. The location is great, walking distance to putt putt, shops, and restaurants but far enough away that once you’re at the house, you’re completely away from the crowd. Beach access was easy peasy, and the pool was a great afternoon respite. Larry was super responsive whenever I had a question, and when we realized the grill was out of propane, he was there within 10 minutes.

OIB Lovin’ Life was the best vacation home for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The beach chair wagon was much appreciated. The pool was clean and very inviting after a day at the beach. Our favorite place to be was the huge front deck. We started our day off drinking coffee and ended each day together rocking and enjoying the view and each other. The Wright’s were a pleasure to work with and we thank them for opening their home to us. They were quick to respond to any question we had. We are already looking forward to planning our trip for next year!

We truly enjoyed our stay at OIB Lovin Life. We had a group of 11 ladies for our Annual Girl’s Weekend and felt right at home. The house is welcoming and in the perfect spot so we can enjoy OIB. It is updated, beautiful and clean. The owner is quick to communicate with us each time we have stayed here. We will stay here again!

We selected OIB Lovin’ Life for my son’s 40th week long birthday celebration based on the space and amenities it offered for our group of 8. We loved the location and relaxed atmosphere in OIB and Larry’s property did not disappoint! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the sleeping and bath accommodations were comfortable and private. Larry the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The front facing decks, perfect size pool and relatively close beach access were all enjoyed. Proximity to restaurants and activities was fantastic… we rented a golf cart which made it even more fun! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week. The house is lovely and satisfied our family’s needs. The owner was responsive! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes for our large group. We were super excited about the blender in the kitchen! We loved sitting on the 2 balconies in the mornings and evenings….plenty of rockers! The pool was clean when we arrived and was cleaned mid week during our stay. The only suggestion would to have hand towels available for the bathrooms.

This house fit our needs perfectly, especially since we had an infant and a 3 year old with us. We loved having the kitchen on the first floor instead of the second. And, the pool was awesome! I rented a golf cart to get us to and from the beach; however, I didn't realize how close we were. We never needed the cart for that purpose. The most important thing to us was how Larry was always there with a quick response to any of our questions. He could not have been a better host. We just wish we were able to book the house for next year!

Our group had a wonderful time. There were 8 people in our group so we had lots of room to spread out. The view from the porch was lovely and the walk to the beach was short. We had 12 adults stay for (4) nights. Plenty of room for all of us. Great location, very short walk to beach, close to grocery store. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. He even mailed us a charger that was left behind. Enjoyed the large deck and fit (a little tightly) 14 of us at table for a few meals. Will go back again.

location near a busy road but once you cross that beach access a few houses down to the beach walk way. nice little pool. both my granddaughters loved ocean and pool. ages 5 and 3.. no fear so that made it fun. well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed our first time stay in Ocean Isle Beach while weathering minor tropical storm Elsa which kept us off the beautiful beach 1 day. The owner was very accommodating as we arrived before check-in when the house was being readied for our week stay. We realized that there was a lot going on in OIB from their facebook page. The kitchen had just about everything to make meal prep easy. The beds were comfortable. There was a closet full of kid and adult games and puzzles and beach toys for the kids, including a beach wagon which we didn't use since the beach was so close. Thank you Larry and Kelly :)

We enjoyed the location of this property very much. Great access to the beach (5 houses down) and great location to the town circle for restaurants, play ground, putt putt, museum, ice cream etc. A quick golf cart ride or a nice half mile walk. The nicest surprise was the large pool and area sitting area around the pool. Very nice and comfortable and we utilized the grill and picnic table at the pool all the time. Great stay at OIB and we be coming back again. Thanks Larry for the quick responses regarding questions before our stay before our arrival.

Lovely house for Maryland Teacher’s group to get away, and go to the beach! Were 5 of us, we loved the house!great location! loves the bedroom each with own bathroom and great beach house decor!
