The entrance door of this 27 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

You have a spacious living area with all the comforts to make you feel at home. A sitting area with a TV and its TV box, a sofa, a coffee table, and a double bed (140x200) carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A closet and wardrobe will allow you to store your belongings so you can feel at home.

A workspace with a large table where you can set up your computer equipment. An internet cable is also available to optimize your internet connection.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals.

The residence has a laundry room, and the apartment has an iron and a drying rack.

A clean bathroom with a large mirror and all necessary toiletries.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 3rd arrondissement of Lyon is the most populated in the city and crosses its entire left bank from east to west, making successive sectors as varied as the festive quays of Rhône, the very chic district of the Prefecture, the economic pole de la Part-Dieu or, further west, the more residential areas of Monplaisir or Montchat.

Close to the Gare Part-Dieu which is the center of all Lyonnais public transport. Bus, metro, tram, as well as Rhônexpress (Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport).

Check-in time between 2pm and 10pm. If you arrive later, subject to conditions and availabilities, additionnal charges applies :
- 20€ after 10pm There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
